Customers say
Customers find the orthopedic brace easy to use and comfortable for their horses. It keeps the feet clean and dry, with a rolled toe that allows airflow and repels water. However, some customers dislike the sizing and have mixed opinions on its durability.

This boot has been a Godsend!
I bought this for my horse when he came down with canker. We had been treating his foot and duct tape wrapping him daily, but despite about a half roll per wrap, he still ended up with duct tape anklets every 30 hours or so. I tried these boots in hopes the wrap (and therefore the canker treatment) would stay in his frog longer. These boots have been amazing! I can leave the wrap on for 5 days and itâs still perfectly protected, in tact and his foot stays clean!!!
After about 4 weeks of almost round the clock wear, the boot finally got a small rip. But a little gorilla tape and itâs holding up! My boy is an 18 year old Tennessee Walker with stiff hocks & stifles and is very rough on his feet! I figured this would be ripped in a few days, but it held on!
This boot is half the price of others I tried (even the more heavy duty EasyBoot Therapy boots) that didnât fit his foot correctly, so I can buy two for the price of one of those and for us has been worth every penny!

Hoof Boot
My horse suffered a nail in her hoof and after she was treated by my vet, I bought the boot so she would be able to set her hoof down flat. I did add some cushioning in the boot but it works great. My vet was totally impressed with the ease of getting it on and off and took pictures of the box for future reference

Quality, ease of use, and comfort for horse
I am very happy with this boot! I used it over abscess bandages, and it kept the foot clean even during a wicked storm here in California that lasted for 3 days. My horse is outside in a paddock, so this boot kept it dry and clean.

Nice enough quality, but the design makes the fit difficult.
I bought this for a lightweight boot to protect the wrapping on a foot that had a deep opening from an abscess. It’s a nice boot overall for the price, but the squared off toe isn’t very ergonomic on the average horse hoof, as it keeps the foot from going all the way into the boot snugly. I feared this would lead to the harder sole section being torn off at the heel, so I sent it back. If you have a horse with a more squared off tie you might find it more practical.

Good while it lasted…
Had this on a 25 year old horse with a hoof issue. Unfortunately it only lasted 48 hours.

Exactly what I needed
Perfect fit. My mare has been wearing it for 2 weeks and it has kept her abscessed hoof clean. Even in the rain, ice and mud. Iâm going to purchase a spare, so I can swap them to give the wet one time to dry. Exactly what I needed

Helps to keep your horse’s foot dry
I have used these boot for years and think they help to keep my horse’s feet drier and freer from debris than going barefoot in the mud. Western Washington is very wet in the winter, mud is everywhere. These boots will not help if your horse is standing in deep water but do help with moderate muddy conditions.

Cheap easily destroyed
After less then 48 hours of stall rest the boot was in pieces. Donât waste your money buy a name brand that might last. No durability. Honestly I donât understand what the purpose of the boot is if it canât doesnât even last a week. I didnât use it for turn out just for stall rest. If I could give it zero stars I would.
