EASE DISCOMFORT – Our ice packs are designed to help provide relief for soft tissue-related unwellness in hardworking horses. They can be used to promote comfort during their downtime.
ONE SIZE FITS ALL – This is a large ice pack, covering 40cm (16 inches) of one leg. Strong fastening strap closure attaches around the leg keeping it secure with adequate compression.
IDEAL USE FOR PULLED MUSCLES – These wraps can provide soothing support and serve as an alternative to cold hosing.
EASY TO APPLY – Place into a freezer (in the bag provided) cooler until frozen; Remove and secure around the leg that needs attention using the elastic fasteners; When frozen the pack will stay flexible and soft to conform around the leg/joint. Some horses may require a small layer of fabric between the ice pack and the skin.

Great product for helping your horse recover from injury!
My horse has a tear in the Origin of the superficial flexor behind the knee. I have been dealing with this for a couple months. Lots of cold hosing and sweat wraps / five minute walks. Cold hosing became a dreaded thing for both of us. I bought this magic ice boot and itâs convenient and effective. I can see a difference after icing. Since my mare is being limited I just apply her ice boot , groom her and work with my other mare. Not sure how long it actually lasts though because by the time I take it off (couple hours) itâs been defrosted. I will say it stays on well! I did my 5 minute walk (some trotting) and it did not move. I like the carry case because I can stick the boot back in it and stick it back in the deep freezer. No complaints from me or my mare. It works as advertised. Fits very well and it is super adjustable. My mare is a solid paint and wears 12â standing wraps on the front. This is longer and I like that because it covers the knee. Hope this helps someone. Seems to be helping my horse.

Worth it
Bought this wrap for my senior gelding. Super easy to use, he rolled a bunch of times with it on (he doesnât like wraps, boots, etc) it slid down, but stayed on. Held the cold temperature for quite some time. Well almost a hour. The only thing I do wish, it was slightly wider so it could go up the leg more to cover the knee completely. Hints why the one picture it looks odd. I did just order another one so he can have one on each of his fronts at the same time. He was able to walk and roll with it on, do what he wanted to do. He wasnât able to rip it off (heâs known to pull off others fly masks, blankets, fly boots). Definitely worth the money. I also like the carrying case it comes in, and how easy I can put it in the freezer but yet have it moveable to fit onto the leg.

Great ice boot
I like these so much I got two more!
These boots are durable, the stitching on each gel pocket is tight and strong. The Velcro straps are also well secured to the wraps. The first one I bought lasted for years, Until a mouse ate through one of the pockets!
The Velcro secures very firmly thus keeping the boot from slipping down the leg.
The boot stays cold for about an hour (when outside temps are in the 90âs). I also love the colorð. It makes it easier to find them among all my other wraps! My newer purchases came in a great carry bag, which I LOVE! As it helps to keep the Velcro from catching any hay, other fabric items.

Worked well for my horse!
I use this for my horse and it works quite well! Itâs easy to store and easy to put on my horse. The straps hold well so it doesnât slide down but doesn’t get too tight, depending on how the user applies it of course. It fits in my freezer easily and a small cooler for travel. Great item for the price!

Picky mare approved!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these boots. You really canât beat them for the price. I will say there is a steep learning curve to putting them on and it feels like a genuine IQ test at times, but once you get the hang of them theyâre pretty easy.
For size reference, my mare is 15h with more refined legs. We get 1 full wrap around with a tiny bit of overlap, so if your horse has thicker legs these would probably fit more like open fronts. That being said, I have used them on a friendâs Friesian cross and we got them all the way around, just no overlap.

GREAT ECONOMICAL EQUINE ICE BOOT that WORKS
We own a hard working, hard stopping, reining cow horse with A LOT of heart. Her joints are clean (xrays at the vet) but over the last couple years, after a hard day cutting cows, reining and “down the fence,” she retains some fluid in one of her rear pasterns. She has never been “off or lame” but the fluid really concerned us. We tried excercise, running cold water over it, “sweating” it, clay, wraps, anti inflammatories and other remedies. Everything took the fluid down but none took it away. We looked at other ice boots…but WOW the cost was prohibitive and hauling all that stuff down the road to rodeo/shows was just crazy. FINALLY, found this product and figured it was worth a try. IT WORKS! When she stocks up, mild exercise, apply the frozen wrap for 20 minutes and the fluid is GONE. We have kept her on 1/2 tab of Previcox (prescribed by our vet) for the next two weeks just for good measure. FITS GREAT, easy for me to put on just secure from the bottom up….conforms to leg fairly well (velcro and elastic keeps in place) and doesn’t slip down. This is a great product for a great PRICE. WORTH A TRY. Comes with a cover so we just put the boot in the cover inside the freezer in the living quarters. I have only surfaced cleaned so gave it a “4” for easy to clean because I actually don’t know the answer to that yet. It looks like you could wash it in a bucket and hang to dry without any issues.

I bought this ice boot (1 in set) and I then had to use it for my horse ( knee injury) ..
It works as supposed to, and saved so much time from cold soak hosing .
I used it in his stall only .
I donot keep in freezer ( only as needed) .

Seriously, this thing is the bomb. It’s the only one I could find anywhere near this price range, and it is priced *extremely* reasonably. It seems sturdy, it’s cold and stays cold, it’s got the cover to go in the freezer, what more do you want? By the time it came, I didn’t end up needing to use it very long, but I’m so happy to have this in my first aid kit. Er, well.. In my freezer.
I think the only thing I could feasibly complain about it that I’d prefer a different colour option as I’m not a fan of pink and purple (or indigo, if we’re being picky about whether that’s purple or not). But it’s a medical tool, not a decoration, so it’s fine 😉

I was a little sceptical when first buying but I really didnât need to be. The quality of this item is brilliant and durable. In fact I liked it so much I bought another. Put it on with ease and it hadnât moved all day even though my horse was turned out in small field, they rolled in it and itâs still not budged. One in the freezer while one is on them and swap over later. Itâs perfect for keeping swelling down and keeping structure on the leg. Canât recommend enough
