Worldâs pickiest eater, Bubba the Budgie, apparently loves these veggies as much as millet; making his owner feel quite hypocritical in his own like (or dislike) of veggies. Iâve had him 7 of his 8 years. Fed him Kaytee products the entire time. Last vet visit showed perfect health and zero breast fat also due in part to freedom to fly in a safe place at his desire. I believe âlittle big manâ has another 4 to 7 years in him with proper care, good exercise and the good and wholesome diet that Kaytee products deliver.

My budgies love this stuff. I sprinkle it on top of their food every day and it’s pretty much all gone by the evening. None at the bottom of the cage, no waste. Only thing I’ll say is be careful of some minor pokey bits. I dont use those, but they’re few and far between.

Got new budgie that seems to prefer only seed, so tried this to improve diet and he loves it. I sprinkle it over his seeds in his dish and put some on the cage floor as he likes to forage. Feel better knowing he is getting some better nourishment while we continue to try to tempt him to try fresh greens. Bag is decent size as only use abit each time I do his fresh food dish.
