This is SUCH a good toy all the way around! I’m bummed I didn’t buy the 2 pack!
Not only does my 4 month old cat, Squirt, absolutely LOVE this toy(he’s been stalking/playing with it since we received it and i turned it on)… but the humans in the house love it also. One of the BEST things is the sound level. It’s loud enough to hear, but not deafening or so loud that it drives you nuts after 10 minutes of it being on. It stays in the background, instead of constantly yelling at you, and reminding you that its there chirping… You can easily have a conversation or watch TV while the cat is in the background playing and hunting his/her heart out, and not have to actively block out the chirping coming from the toy so you don’t go mad. ðSomething else that we love is that it is rechargeable, and comes with a charging cord(you need to have a 5V charging block already, as it doesn’t come with one, but that was no problem for us.. just a regular phone charging block works perfectly fine)We also like that it doesn’t constantly chirp. The cat has to actively be playing with it in order for it to continue chirping. And even if the cat is actively playing with it, it will not chirp constantly. It takes little 15-30 second breaks after a few chirps.From what I can tell so far, there is no method to the chirping. Which is good. Bc I’ve found, with my cat atleast, if there’s a pattern/repetition to a toy, he’ll lose interest a lot sooner and opposed to it randomly going off.I thought the bird was kinda big at first, but my 4 month old cat proved me wrong. He bats it around like Ragnar Lothbrok, and teaches it who’s boss all the time. He has no problem picking it up in his mouth either.The fabric it’s made of is soft and fuzzy, but doesn’t leave fluff balls anywhere. So I feel like that is good bc you don’t have to worry about your cat eating any fabric and getting blocked up/impacted.The only thing I will mention that I THINK could be a problem in the future, is the little feet, and the feathers on the birds bum. My cat is an absolute viking. Yes, even at 4 months old. He is such a little destructor. Already, I’ve noticed he’s taken a fancy to biting and chewing on the legs as well as the feathers. I imagine overtime they will wear out and I might end up having to use scissors to take off any parts that become a potential issue. Again, the only 2 things I believe could create a problem like this are the feet and the feathers. But it hasn’t caused any issues in the hour since it’s been home yet lol. I will update this review if anything changes.Overall, I’m thrilled all around with this purchase. This cat has been giving us a run for our money, and it’s hard to keep him entertained 24/7. This toy has helped tremendously since its been here, and we will keep it in rotation with all the other toys we’ve got for him. If need be, in the future I will definitely purchase the bird duo if this guy ever dies on us.Much appreciation from 2 kitten parents that are lacking sleep, and the time to do anything other than keep a kitten entertainedð

Great Addition to Cat Toy Rotation!
The cats go crazy for this bird flapping toy. It chirps. It flaps its wings. It’s furry and it’s great. I do wish it had a little more movement, but it’s very well made. The flapping wings cause it to move enough to catch the cats interest. It’s a good size for my kittens to attack and grab hold of. I don’t find the chirp obnoxious. I like that it’s rechargeable. I bought the 2 pack and I like having the backup. I keep these in the cats toy bin and switch out the toys to keep things interesting. When these come out the cats love to play with them more so than their non-flapping toys. Easy to recommend.

Cool christmas gift for the cats
Took my cats a bit of time to get used to it, but I think they enjoy it and it definitely stimulates them a bit. I do think it’s a good value for the money. Definitely, chewable and durable. I think it’s a very good cat toy to stimulate They’re hunting instincts of which I think it’s good for indoor cats. Hold to charge pretty good.Of course, that depends on how much your cats play with it. Our cats really get into playing with it and we’ll get a bit aggressive, so I think they like it. I would recommend it did take our cats a little bit of time to get used to it. So be patient.

The cat found it entertaining for about 10 minutes . This along with the flopping fish gets used maybe 2 minutes per month . So was it worth the $$$ , I think NOT . Its a great idea but so is a toothbrush , only as long as they’re used .

Kitten’s favorite toy
My very high-energy 6 month old kitten is OBSESSED with his “tweety.” I’m buying a second one so there’s always one on the charger. A charge lasts two days at most because he plays with it so much. I love that it’s motion-activated and he can entertain himself whenever he wants. He has another motion-activated toy, but it shuts itself off after a while and can’t be reactivated by a pet. My only complaint is he drags tweety under the bed when I am asleep. I can’t even be mad though–he’s so cute and happy m*rdering his little animatronic birdy. It withstands very rough play, but he did manage to remove all but one feather from the tail within a couple of weeks.

Iâve bought two of these now because she loves it so much. Itâs definitely loud so you want to turn it off if your cat likes to play with it in your room at 3 AM, but she either wants to attack it or cuddle up with it, which is super cute. Great toy!

Fun toy! Meh battery life.
Both of my cats love this toy. I ended up buying a second one so they can play simultaneously. The main bird seems sturdy and is lasting so far. I will note that there are two felt legs on the bottom and those did not last. The first one I bought they chewed off one of the legs within 20 minutes. I only get this out for them to play with in smaller doses and mostly supervised. I let them play with it one afternoon, and forgot to pick it up. The battery needed to be recharged even though they were only playing with it part of the time. Not sure if it drains even when it’s not flapping and chirping? Overall it’s a good buy so far. Four stars instead of five because of the questionable battery life, and silly legs.
