A pen should produce ink, right?
Years ago, I bought a couple of these pens at the Dollar Store and loved the way they wrote. This particular pack, however, didn’t meet my expectations–they arrived exactly as advertised, but I have yet to find a pen in the bunch that will produce any ink. I threw the entire pack away.
