Lightweight Turnout Blanket: Gallopoff 1200 Denier turnout horse blanket is constructed with a rip-stop waterproof, windproof, and breathable poly outer shell with 210 denier nylon lining fabric. This durable rain blanket is perfect for use in paddocks and outdoors to keep your horse warm and dry.
Secure Straps and Buckles – A double buckle front with Velcro assist closure, plus cross surcingles underneath the belly, and detachable elastic leg straps provide an exceptionally secure fit so the blanket stays on your horse. High gussets also grant greater freedom of movement, which is perfect for the paddock.
Micro-fleece at Withers and Silky Nylon Lining: A strip of micro-fleece at withers and silky nylon lining prevents rubbing for a soft and comfortable fit.
No Fill: For wet or rainy days, when you do not want your horse to overheat, this blanket without extra fill is a perfect choice to keep rainwater out without trapping too much heat.
Extra Coverage: Our blanket comes with a tail flap for extra protection. If desired, D-rings at the neck allow for a neckpiece or rain hood to be attached (not included).

Good for the price
For the price, this is a pretty alright sheet. Seemed to fit well, was waterproof as advertised, and all the clasps held up. I did end up returning it, no fault of the sheet itself, just decided on a heavier one.

Handsome!
Just like the picture! my Griffin was handsome in his coat and being in Florida were we do not get too cold but the afternoon goes up real hot the jacket was much better than a blanket that would have made him hot and lose weight. You cant go wrong with this one easy on and easy off and durable.

Perfect Sheet for 16.2 Big Body Thoroughbred – So Far, So Good
So far, so good. My 16.2 big body Thoroughbred wears an 81 in his winter blanket, this sheet (also 81) is almost the perfect size for him. He has a decent winter coat for NC weather, I just needed something for when it rains, windy, and nights it was too warm for his blanket. He’s a senior horse now so this seemed perfect to keep him comfortable on the days/nights I’m torn about him having anything on. Tested out for a few days now: it’s currently 45 degrees, cloudy, and raining – he’s completely dry underneath the sheet and I didn’t feel a bit of warmth. I feel pretty comfortable with leaving it on as it rains and gets up into the 50s/cloudy.I’ll change my review if I find it doesn’t hold up throughout the year.

Waaaay too big!
I ordered size 78, same size as her winter blanket. This blanket was 6 inches too long in all directions. I believe it was sized wrong. Kept her dry in 12 hours of torrential downpour and stayed in place with 20 mph winds

Wouldnât purchase again.
I purchased a horse blanket from this company on October 28, 2024, and I am extremely disappointed with its performance. Less than two months later, the blanket filled with water overnight while my horse was wearing it. The product did not hold up at all, especially considering the short amount of time it was used. My horse was soaked underneath, and the blanket itself is still drying out. I expected much better durability and quality. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

Just what I needed
This is good quality for a sheet. Looks good too. I can use a brush to brush off the dried mud my horse rolls in. Fits well.
