the listing only shares overall size of each piece and alludes to the fact that all neck girths are the same. some were snug fitting and some loose. the flower one was ridiculously small and probably only suitable for small kittens, which sucks cus i was really looking forward to that one. quality was subpar, but i guess it matches the price point.

Cute with some minor flaws
I really like these funny hats, but have just a couple qualms: One of the designsâyellow ballsâcouldn’t get enclose my boy’s big jowls/face despite the velcro. There’s some sort of flaw in the stitching, I suspect, but the others are fairly adjustable. The other issue is that these are a bit “empty” and fell flat because there was not enough cushion fill. Fortunately, I had poly-fil for crafts and was able to plump them up (as seen in the pics). Overall, this is a decent bargain buy.
