Does not make hamster fly!
If youâre buying this wheel because you hope to have the first flying hamster you will be utterly dissatisfied with this wheel. If however youâre buying it because as a child you lost hours of precious sleep because your brothers rodent ran on a metal wheel all night and youâre hoping this will be a quieter alternative, youâre in luck! It is much quieter than traditional wheels, not completely silent but a sound you can easily sleep through. Iâll give my 6th star up when they make these âflyingâ saucers do what their name suggests!

Works as it should
Iâd say my hamster loved it!!!! Heâs constantly running on it throughout the night. He tan on it for about an hour the day I got it and the wheel popped off. So I put some super glue in the whole and pressed it back on and there hasnât been any issues. It is almost silent so you wonât hear the wheel. It is a little small for my hamster but I could not find a bigger running saucer unfortunately but it gets the job done. Overall I recommend even after the fix.

Hermit crabs love it too!
My hermit crabs are living their best lives. They take turns on this thing. Itâs so cute!I currently have it in a 20 gallon high, & have just enough room for it. It doesnât make any noise, moves freely, is easy for them to get on and off of, and comes assembled. (Also, I hand washed it with no problems).Plus, the box it ships in is so cute!!

Very flimsy and too small for anything but a mouse or dwarf hampster
We bought this for gerbils but it is too small. They still climb around on it but we had to buy something else for them to run on because this is just too small. This would work in a pinch for a mouse or dwarf hampster but nothing larger.

I bought this for my daughter’s gerbil. It doesn’t really snap onto the base. If your rodent likes to run, it will fall off. If you look at it wrong, it will fall off. Its a great design, but the connection to the base is terrible. This is not worth the money.

Good wheel for small hamsters
Its a very good product and was quite noiseless by itself. When my hamster was very young, this fit him perfectly but he outgrew it very quickly. While I do recommend this product, I think its very appropriate for smaller hamsters or as a starter wheel for other hamsters.
