Great camera works awesome
I purchased this for my son for Christmas so he can watch his dogs while heâs away at work. The sound come across clear the dogs can hear him. He can see the dogs clearly itâs a perfect little camera to sit on your counter or install on your wall, I recommend it and the price of it was great. It was easy to set up as well.

Great camera, easy to use, good audio
This was perfect for puppy training. I’m sure it would be great for a nursery, too. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up and the camera is actually really high quality. The sound can sometimes be jarbly depending on the volume of your voice from your phone audio, but otherwise it works just fine. Motion detection is spot on, the notifications come quickly and it stays connected.

Rough start, my fault
I had previously written a very negative review because I wasted a lot of time trying to sign up. I kept waiting for the verification code which never arrived. Then I tried to sign in on Google, but there was a problem. But later, when I was going to uninstall the app and start over, there I was, all signed up. I did not know at first which account worked but it worked. The instructions were easy for the most part, but I recall somewhere during the process that some instruction didn’t match what was actually on my app and it took a long time to upgrade the firm ware. But once up and running, it takes nice videos. It turns out that all the emails with the code were in my spam box., which I did not check, so my fault. And when I sent my angry email to them, their response was also in spam. So the good is that they did send the code and they responded very quickly to my email. But I still gave this a 4 because although I am happy, clearly the sign up went without my sending the code and some of their instructions online were unclear, making references to things that were not included in the instructions or my app.So, check your spam when trying to sign up. In spite of some flaws in the instructions, as for set up it was easy. (The difficulties I had with the instructions were on how to add friends or family who could also access the video, not in the set-up.)The videos are great, the response to my angry emails was quick.Maybe I would give it a 4.5 if it existed.

Packed with Perks for the Price
I bought this as a secondary pet camera & it exceeded my expectations! Despite not being able to rotate the camera, the fisheye lense is perfect if placed in a corner. Via the app, you can add additional users, control the volume, turn the camera on alert beep on or off, and can control if the night vision is on, off, or auto, which worked really well. The microphone was crisp & clear & allowed me to voice control my Alexa that I connected to my Fire TV to control YouTube & play cat videos, so my TV wouldn’t hibernate or auto turn off. This was a life saver for my cats! You can also take snapshots & video recordings while watching the camera that simply save to your phone, so no need for an additional cloud service.I would definitely buy a few more for other areas of my house!

Great as a decoration, useless for anything else.
After researching on the best product to buy, I mistakenly decided on this one. I ended up purchasing a total of four cameras, currently, I can only use two of them. Even though I Invested a lot of money and buying these cameras, I still need to pay for a subscription to have a video log and no I do not want to buy subscription service to receive âfree online vet careâ from a security camera. I originally only set up two cameras which I couldnât use for the longest time because I couldnât figure out why one of my cameras was upside down even after I physically flipped the camera, And also experienced an issue with two of the cameras, consistently being off-line, even though they were up-to-date and on the same network. I decided to also buy the treat camera, which cats broke within a day. They knocked it over, the camera cracked, and the camera was on the floor the whole time. What would be a cool feature if the app wasnât so laggy would be the fact that if you swipe a certain distance, it will propel treats , One swipe will send a treat along distance . However, the app lags and will end up sending a treat rocket at your poor petâs face and body. Poor durability and not built with the pets safety in mind. The app itself isnât even built to have a sustained large network of cameras on one app, Itâs almost like it is telling youâ Donât buy the camera itâs not worth it!â As you can see, the quality is poor and upside down, youâre basically playing âA where is Waldo Gameâ with 100 pixels.
