Easy to setup, camera can be aimed remotely, good quality video
Found that this was easy to setup using an iPhone by using the camera to scan a QR code on the phone screen. We’re using this in a standalone (non-cloud) mode with an SD card installed, and in a location close to an outlet. I’m able to monitor and make adjustments remotely, and the clarity of the picture is great. It seems fairly easy to adjust the event triggers, and it’s recording clips to the SD card which I can view on a phone. Also we’re able to share access with multiple phones. So it’s been a great value for the low price.

Good standard wifi camera
Bought this as a pet camera for when we have to leave them at home, and it’s a decent camera. It’s not 4k or anything, but the video is clear. It’s sleek and not cheap looking, so that’s great for its price.It was easy to set up the camera itself and the app. It took me no more than 5 minutes to unpack, plug-in, access the app, and connect the camera. The wire is usb-a to micro usb, and it’s quite short. You will need to set this up near an outlet or have an extension. It came with the wire, charger, mounting assembly, and manual.The responsiveness of the camera from the app is delayed and a little slow. You need to press the buttons and little longer – tapping shortly will not make it move.The only thing I will say that’s not so good about this, is it requires a subscription to access the cloud. You need an SD card installed in the camera to be able to save videos/pictures. You can view live videos through wi-fi though.

Works decently, could be better
Overall, this camera works pretty nice and the app is pretty easy to use. I’ve tried tons of other cameras before that had apps that were impossible to navigate and this one is much easier. I’ve also used cameras with apps that have so many ads you can’t even view the live camera without fighting through ads to get there. This app does not do that. I am able to quickly check on my toddler when I need to. It has a decent range of motion from side to side and up, but it seems pretty limited in its downward motion. We have the camera positioned fairly high up so my toddler won’t mess with it and so we can get a good view of his room, but we had to prop it at a tilt on the shelf just to be able to see the floor. The picture quality during the day is pretty great, but the night time view is a bit fuzzier than some other cameras I’ve used. It’s still good enough to see what is going on though. Another thing that kind of sucks is that it does not seem to recognize when I’ve inserted an SD card, so I am not able to go and play back recorded footage. It seems the only way to view the playback footage is if you pay for a subscription to their cloud storage. The voice function seems to work fairly decent and the sensitivity for movement is pretty good as well. I get notifications when fruit flies fly by! Overall it works decently for what we need, but I do think there could be some improvements.

Awesome product especially for the cost and quality
I have a new rescue pup who likes to sit on his âperchâ as I call it. Heâs very reactive to other dogs and aside from being generally curious as to what he does when I leave the house, I was interested to see how reactive and how long he remained reactive should a dog or someone walk in front of the house. I like that this is free to view live and you can take photos and videos as well as talk through it. There is an option for a subscription service that starts as low as $4 a month but for what I intend to use it for I donât think itâs necessary. I love that itâs motion activated and you can receive alerts on your mobile device. There is also an alarm feature which is a very cool add on should there be some type of emergency. Iâm actually amazed at everything this little camera offers for the cost. It is a full 360 pan and tilt camera and it gives you options to view in HD and UHD. I love that you can speak through it as well and listen with sound too I tried to upload a video on my review but itâs not working for some reason. The only issue that some users may run into depending on their internet setup is that this only runs on 2gh and not 5. So far I love it and as I mentioned itâs an incredible value for the cost. You can also manage additional devices in the same app by the same company should you add more units to your setup

A frustrating process that doesn’t work
A frustrating experience all around. First, the included power cable is way too short. Then, it was impossible to connect the device to the app. Just kept sending a message that it would “fix the problem soon.” The system never worked. This process needs to be more plug and play.
