amazing camera with no monthly fee and with easy set up
the first thing that came to my mind with this camera is, the price at the spec. It was very easy to set up and also came with usb power cord.Connecting to Wansview account was east and i was able to set up the camera under five mins. Picture quality is great at 2k. two way audio works great also. the camera is compact and works great for indoor. the motion sensor alerts works great. any time anything pass by i get an alert.

This camera work very good. It’s image is clear and record the environment around it very neatly. It’s size is acceptable and discovered by anyone in any place you may installed. To learn how to manage the controls was a little bit difficult as well as locating the recording events.The cloud usage cost is expensive ($70) for a year, because there are other cameras which whose cloud usage is less expensive.

Great Camera – Easy set-up and install
My first observation was for a camera with the listed technical specifications, it was a great value for the money. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the instructions easy to read and follow (not tiny and difficult to read and follow). I was also pleased to find a USB power cord that was long enough for most installations. The overall set-up process was easy and uneventful.Pairing the Cinnado D1 camera to an existing Wansview Cloud account was simple and easy. Follow the instruction and in under 5 minutes the camera is connected and visible in the Wansview Cloud app.The picture quality for daytime use is excellent; the 2k resolution is satisfactory for indoor use. I was impressed with the night vision; it was sharp and clear. I donât use the two-way audio, so I donât have any comment about it. I use the 24/7 video recording function, and it works as it should. The motion sensor works; there is some latency in the tracking, as with most security cameras.I have installed a number of the Cinnado D1 cameras with installations in New York and Florida. The size of the D1 camera is compact and quite desirable; it is small, unobtrusive and easy to install. The Wansview Cloud app works fine. Since I monitor cameras from various manufacturers, I use Blue Iris for monitoring the various model cameras. The D1 camera within Blue Iris is easy to monitor and record using the available 24/7 live-stream video.The best part of my Cinnado experience was the Customer Service. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND PERSISTANT! I sent several e-Mails with my issues. Each time I received a response overnight; the response was always complete and thorough.They also were persistent with their follow-up e-Mails to ensure that my issues were satisfactorily resolved. My technical issues dealt with the streaming video settings for Blue Iris. Their information was complete and accurate. THANK YOU FIONA, FOR YOUR HELP AND PERSISTANCE! This is the way GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!

Quality camera for minimal price
I received this camera for testing. I’ll touch on several areas:1. Setup was simple and straightforward. I was able to sync camera to app with minimal effort.2. Functionality/user friendly. Settings are easy to understand. Camera has motion detection. Images are clear.3. Network compatibility. It only supports 2.4 g.4. Power, it is a wired device.I addition, you can choose to receive alerts or not. You can set a detection zone. I have no issues with this camera, it does what it was meant to do.
