High Output UVB Light for Reptile Health – Transform your reptile’s environment with our LED UVB Reptile Light (22 inches, 26W). This powerful light provides adjustable UVB levels from 10.0 to 20.0, ensuring optimal UVB exposure. UVB light is crucial for reptiles as it stimulates appetite, promotes Vitamin D3 synthesis, and helps with calcium absorption—key for healthy bones and overall well-being. Perfect for bearded dragons, turtles, and other UVB-dependent reptiles.
Full Spectrum UVA and UVB Lighting for Natural Behaviors – Our UVB LED reptile light features a full spectrum of UVA and UVB light, closely mimicking natural sunlight. The UVA rays promote vibrant coloration and stimulate natural behaviors, while the UVB rays help with the synthesis of Vitamin D3. This balanced spectrum is essential for a healthy, thriving reptile habitat, promoting not only your pet’s physical health but also its mental well-being.
Adjustable Brightness and UVB Control for Custom Lighting – The dimmable LED UVB reptile light allows you to fine-tune both the UVB output (10.0-20.0) and the brightness with six adjustable levels. This makes it easy to replicate your reptile’s natural habitat with personalized lighting conditions that suit their specific needs. Create a healthy circadian rhythm and ensure your pet’s comfort with customizable lighting options.
Durable and Energy-Efficient Aluminum Design – Built with high-quality aluminum, this LED reptile light is not only lightweight but also highly durable. The aluminum body ensures efficient heat dissipation, keeping the light cool to the touch and safe for your reptiles. Plus, the energy-efficient design helps save on power bills while providing reliable, long-lasting performance for your pet’s habitat.
Long-Lasting and Safe for Your Reptile – Enjoy peace of mind knowing this LED UVB light for reptiles is built to last. With a lifespan of up to 13,000 hours, it ensures consistent UVB exposure for your reptiles, reducing the need for frequent bulb replacements. LED lights emit cool white light, meaning no physical heat is produced. If heating is needed, use with a reptile heating pad. Remember, UVB light is invisible, so use a professional UV meter for accurate measurements.

    Great UVB LED strip light
This 15-watt 20.0 UVB LED strip light is great.  It’s only 11 inches wide so it’s UVB would cover the same area as a 10 inch deep dome silver bulb housing from Home Depot or Lowes with a mercury vapor or coil bulb.  I would use this bulb with my bearded dragons who bask at 14 inches below their lights.  I tested the UVB output of this light using my UVB meter which measures UVB in uW/cm2.  Here are the results:There are 4 #’s below: 1) 14″ away directly under, 2) 14″ away off to right side just outside the housing, 3) 14″ away off to left side just outside the housing, and 4) 10″ away directly underneath for those people who may have reptiles basking at 10″ under their lights.  I let the bulbs stay on for 5 minutes before testing (The numbers will start out high and drop over time so that’s why you have to wait 5 minutes to get a true reading).  The 1st button press on the inline controller adjusts both the brightness and the UVB.  The 2nd button has 3 brightness settings too and lets you lower the brightness with the second button without affecting the UVB regardless of what UVB it’s set at with the first button – the highest brightness has UVB (what it was on with the numbers recorded below), the second highest brightness shuts off the UVB if you don’t want UVB, and the dimmest has UVB (also has the same numbers as recorded below):Highest brightness with first button press:14″ – 190,  R – 42, L – 113.10″ – 235.2nd highest brightness:14″ – 158, R – 38, L – 94.10″ – 186.3rd highest brightness:14″ – 120, R – 29, L – 71.10″ – 90.4th highest brightness:14″ – 80, R – 20, L – 48.10″ – 88.The 5th and 6th highest brightness would have numbers that would be too low for bearded dragons to bask in.  Based on the results I would choose the 2nd or 3rd highest brightness for my bearded dragons to bask in at 14″ away from the light. The only info. I found on the internet regarding uW/cm2 with bearded dragons was what 1 person said on Amazon:”Bearded Dragons given a UVB gradient were observed to spend most of their time basking in the range of 30 to 150 μW/cm2 but occasionally would bask at 200 to 300 μW/cm2.  With that said, if your UVB light is producing less than around 75 μW/cm2 UVB, it’s definitely time to replace it.  The basking spot should provide therapeutic basking strength no less than 75 μW/cm2.”I haven’t tested any tube strip bulbs at 14 inches away yet so I can’t compare this light to them.  But it does have a little more UVB output than my 120-watt mercury vapor bulb has.Hope this helps someone!

    Decent light, very poor instructions
It’s an okay light. It’s nice that the brightness is adjustable, however the instructions are very poor. I still haven’t figured out how to use the timer function on it because the instructions don’t really tell you how to set it and I was pretty annoyed to find out that it will not turn itself back on if it’s connected to another timer (I use smart plugs for almost all of my reptiles’ setups and once the power is cut to this light, it has to be manually turned back on again). I’m a little unimpressed with how junky the functions are on it for the price. Desperately needs a better manual.

nice and bright, turtles like it I think
I didn’t know you could get UVB in LED. I have this on a 40 breeder over a couple aquatic turtles. I used the included card and it says it has good UVB. I do not have an actual tester. It works as a regular light, so we can see everything like day light. I know the incandescent bulbs stop putting out UVB after some time, I would guess the LED UVB will last longer if not forever?

    Nice
Packaging is fantastic. It comes with a UV detection card, which you would use periodically to make sure the UV is still working as it generally deteriorates over time. I have never used an LED UV light, only the tube lights, but I will update if the UV doesn’t last as long as I am generally used to. I tested the card against a window and then the light, and it reacted the same.It comes with attachments for your mesh tops, which is handy if you use them. The light itself feels pretty hefty compared to other LEDs I own, but not so heavy it would dent your enclosures at all. The settings are great, and timing lights is a must have when you are a late sleeper/work nightshift or have tons of enclosures like I do.Pricing is fine, and generally the same price as other brands of the same type of UV light. If it lasts as long as I hope it does, I would absolutely buy this.

    Decent fixture
It’s a good light. I like the programmer and I also don’t like it. I’m more of a timer guy myself but the function is great and works great. I got it just to light my terrarium honestly. I don’t trust and probably never really will trust uvb from a led.

    gets really hot
I liked that is is low profile to mount under a custom enclosure and not take up much space, but the top of this thing gets super hot to do a direct mount , even with spacers and not a constant air flow I don’t think I’m gonna chance it . but I do like the functions
