Learning is more fun!
These animals were perfect for the little hands of my 4 year old little farmer. Made learning/counting/sorting much more fun. Also made his barn more manageable when playing. The animals are also well made. My kiddo likes that they came in a bucket with a handle. He carries them around everywhere. The colors are vibrant and life like.

Good value, nice detail and good quality
Certainly will note down Learning Resources for any future buy. Bought them (jungle animals set and farm animals set) for my first play therapy practice. Good value, nice detail and good quality, which I could not find in HK, given they are made in China. Unfortunately HK shops, either decent ones or local ones, do mark up the prices for something very likely with worse quality made in China. Lots sell the animals individually with a much higher price, which made it impossible when I needed to buy a good number of the items. I am happy with their size, which might be a little small for some people. There was a bit smell from the items when I first opened the container yesterday. After airing them for a day, the smell definitely has already become thinner. Should be all good to use.

Kids love them
These were smaller than I was expecting. Handed them out at Halloween as a choice instead of sweets. The children loved them and even wanted to take two instead of just one.

Best counters ever….so much more!
These are SO GREAT. I have been working really hard with my daughter to get her ahead in math. She LOVES ocean stuff so I thought fish were a natural choice. We get so tired of the boring single color plastic counters. These are beautifully detailed. Nice large size is great for littler hands (she was 2 when we got them). 5 of each type means same and different is easy to demonstrate, can be used to do patterns, and basic adding and subtracting. We have lent them to her teacher, shared them with friends, played mermaids, learned a little marine biology (these are all real fish species), worked on math concepts, worked on vocabulary and colors all with these little fish. Endless possibilities and super fun!No plastic smell. No peely paint, details are painted on accurately and really nicely. Totally worth it!

Well made, lifelike fish
I bought these fun fish counters for use as table decorations at a wedding with an ocean type theme along with shells, sand, seaglass, and polished rocks. They are well made rubbery fish figures. They are fairly lifelike and certainly don’t look cartoonish or anything.I think they would be good for kids since they are more on the lifelike side and try to aim away from the usual plastic crap. They would only be educational if the kid was learning about different types of fish, learning how to count, or learning how to distinguish between colors, shape, etc. Otherwise I bet kids would just play with them, throw them, chew them, etc.

My kids loved these and spent hours with them. They are small so if your child is still putting things in their mouth, these may not be the best option!

Well made animals
I like the farm animals because they are made with a thick material that doesnât feel cheap. The detail of the animals is nice and easy to distinguish the type of animals.

I adore these fish counters! I have seen them before in a nursery class, and just bought some for my 17-month old daughter. They might seem on the pricey side, but I think they are actually good value for money. There are 60 fish in total (little kids love big numbers/ collections of things, not just 1-10!) and there are 5 of each fish. They range in colour and style and are detailed and good quality. They can be used for small-world play, either on some silky blue fabric, or in a water tray/ paddling pool or in the bath! They can be used for purposeful counting and sorting into ‘families’ and appeal to kids of all ages. Today my daughter played with them with an almost 4 year old and an almost 6 year old.I have just watched her take 5 the same from the pot of 60!
