Nice perch , deep feeding dishes
I hope to find a replacement for the metal dishes , itâs depth is more than smaller birds like . I placed it on the cage vinyl floor cover due to my bird having issues perching & flying ( he is a injured bird that survived 4 years now ) having the option to attach it higher as I work to help him perch again / hop ⦠I will place moleskin from Wally m ( cheap pkg ) over the perch to help him grasp . The first night I placed one dish with water in 1 of the 2 holes .. he dunked his head lol . The dish diameter is small , hoping the plastic clear feeders might fit . Wood is great , the ladder is the same diameter of the perch , itâs not a cheap ladder in stores / sturdy . This works with other wood pieces having the metal circular hooks so placing it beside another works great .This should work inside travel cages & outside of them & cages . Depends on the space between each hole on travel cages lining up with the screw system ,I might try a little plant in the metal dishes or nest / bedding material .No issues with shipping , sent with other items .Ty

My daughter got a new parakeet. Was super shy and timid with the new environment. We tried different bowls for food and water. The bird hardly touched it. After this new set up, he/she freely climbs the ladder to eat and drink. I see him hanging out on it regularly. I’d say it’s a hit! Would recommend.

I have a cockatiel and a parakeet and they both love this!! I make the mistake of putting water in bowl and food in the other.. big mistake all the food gets into the water so now I put both the foods in both bowls for them
