All in all I’m impressed!
First impressions: this is a very cute, good size tank for beginners or those not wanting a lot of work. Took me all of 10 minutes to set up tops. The light works well but I was hoping it was one you could change the colors. There’s another review that shows it with a blue LED tone and that is a very accurate depiction, you cannot change it from that color. I’ll probably end up buying an aftermarket one to use instead. Also, the filter floss rectangles I’ve never worked with before and had to do some research on. My only complaint with those was even though I rinsed it in the sink first it put all these little “hairs” in the water. I used the included net to take some out and am hoping the filter works out the rest before fish are added in a few days. However it seems they’re a cheaper alternative long term to traditional carbon inserts. All in all as someone who has had several novice tanks in the past decade, this is an amazing starter tank, especially for the price. It’s an attractive, quiet tank that was priced incredibly well considering anything else like this was either $50+ or only had <4 stars. I'm giving it 5 stars considering my only feed back would be a more neutral toned light (or an option to change the color) and the included filter inserts leaving hairs when first installed. (Mine came with 2 different looking floss filters so maybe the other kind is better)

Light in Aquarium only worked for less than 3 days
It would be a nice aquarium if only all the parts worked. Took a while to get it set up and our Betta Fish happy, but less than 3 days the light no longer works. It is suppose to have a warranty, but have not heard anything about a replacement for the light if it can be replaced. This is questionable. Thus, should even have less than a one star. Definitely need the light working in this aquarium. It would be nice to hear from either Amazon who we bought it thru or the supplier what can be done.

Working well so far.
Have 3 gold fish from the fair in it, kinda cramped with some plastic trees but doing well so far.

Good construction.
Tank was well packed and construction was good. Was given as a gift and no problems so far, except they think the tank light is too bright for the size tank.

Great tank has some flaws
First off I wanna start by saying this tank is to small for a betta long term but works great for mine with my current situation. I have some concerns though one the light is more blue then natural lighting so itâs hard to get good pictures of the tank and my second concern is the lid does not stay closed . I have had to put stuff on top to keep my cats out and to make sure the fish doesnât jump out. Iâm not giving it a 5 start review for these reasons . I do want to note that the way the filter is set up if you have big hands itâs Almost impossible to get the heater through the little opening where it goes and itâs pretty hard to clean the tank.

Love it!
Honestly I was nervous to try this at first because Iv had bad luck with smaller tanks specially with the filtration. However, the Filtration was only a little strong so I added more media which was a simple fix. The real glass with the bright light makes it crystal clear. My 2 African dwarf frogs love it and are very happy. Super stoked ð¤ð

Do NOT buy
After having fish tanks for most of my 46 years of life, this tank killed everything put in it. We had an established small tank, after setting this one up and allowing a nitrate cycle to take place and water tested perfect, we transferred our fish to it. DEAD. Cleaned and started from scratch, got the tank established again. DEAD. Re did everything again and used soldier fish to see what would happen. DEAD. Never have I ever had a tank problem. I have owned betta for 4 years in a bowl before. I have had a 50 gallon cichlid tank no problem for years and years. We noticed when throwing this tank away that the sealant used absorbed the color of water treatment used. I truly believe whatever crap they are using to seal this tank is seeping into the water and killing off everything. Our Tetra heater was working and keeping the water at the perfect temperature. We used all natural substrate. The filter on this unit never worked quite right. The current it created literally made it like a whirlpool, even when adding additional material into the filter. Horrible product. Will go back to my glass Tetra tanks. Literally look at any other product.
