Perfect for supplements
Cups are a great size & attach securely. I use them for keeping grit, oyster shell & a cup of treats available when the chickens are in their run cage. Cups are up off of the floor so stay clean & are no hinderance to ground passage. Excellent addition & a good value.

Good but could be better
I bought this product as a trial to see if the cheaper small capacity containers would work on a dog crate to hold different minerals and nutrients supplements for goats (free choice minerals). They were easy to install on the dog crate which was what I was looking for but within a few days several of the containers would no longer stay attached to the dog crate wire. This caused the minerals and supplements to spill on the ground which is definitely not what I need to happen. I do realize the goats may have put too much pressure on the containers and caused them to fall to the ground. I only had a small amount of minerals in the containers because I was just tying out the containers to see if they would work for the loose minerals. When I looked at the plastic hooks that fastened the containers onto the dog crate wire, only one had broken. The other three containersâ hooks looked fine but would no longer stay attached to the crate wire. When I tried to put the containers back on the wire of the dog crate, the containers would just start to fall downwards and then completely fall off onto the ground with no minerals in the containers. The positives: easily to install, three or four of the containers are still working as wanted and they have been up for a month! I probably need a little more heavy duty small containers.

Great for rescue use
We use these to feed kittens in our rescue facility. They are sturdy and clip on the kennel wires help them stay when the kittens jump on them. A great price compared to the stainless steel bowls

I love the size and the way they latch to cages. This is not as thick ABS or very chew resistant though so if you’re using it for rabbits like us or a critter that likes to chew I would go with a different material.
