Awesome Toy!
This toy has three “strands” so it divides perfectly for our three blue and golds. The cordage used is good. Not sure why others find the heavy cord to be substandard. I’d rather have good sisal rope or a braided heavy twine than chains. The wood pieces are just right for a powerful B&G. Yes, they can shred the wood, but that’s the point, right? As for the cardboard, the squares are just the right size to provide more than just a bite or two when being chewed.I received this toy just a few days ago, and I can already see that I’m going to need more. When I find a toy that “the guys” ALL like, I am a happy camper. All three birds have their own cage, and each one has accepted this toy and they’re steadily destroying it.Also, the price is right! It’s priced at $24, give or take a few cents. From that, I’ve gotten three toys, which works out to $8 for each “toy.” I figure they’ll last at least a few weeks, so it’s money well spent in my book.Yes, it’s made in China, but I’ve also checked the cord, the wood and the cardboard carefully, and I neither see nor smell anything “odd.” Seems some “corded” toys from China have a rather distinctive odor, often described as something like gas or diesel. I find none of that with this toy. I feel confident in allowing our birds to tear into this toy. I would definitely recommend this for medium to large birds, pretty much any bird from about African Grey sized on up to the BIG birds.Be talkin’ to you…..David

My B&G Macaw loves it, I love it, Worth the money!!!
Itâs well worth the price!!! THANK YOU!!! Please continue to make these!! My B&Gold Macaw loves this = I love it!! I introduced it to her by tearing tiny pieces off of the cardboard pieces. She likes the sound of tearing paper, then I gave her each piece to toss down, that was the perfect intro. She liked the noise then the feel of the cardboard etc.. then I attached it to her tree. I can leave them connected or Iâve separated the 3 long strands, placed 1 on her âplay treeâ in the family room, 1 inside her cage and the other replaces whichever one she demolishes first. It occupies some of her time everyday, keeping her busy, while she entertains herself with it. Other brandsâ strands of wood chunks & paper end up with her chewing through the main rope, but this rope is sturdy enough. She hasnât chewed through one of their ropes yet (Iâve purchased 3 (3 orders x3ropes = 9 ropes), even though she chews on the ropes often. The chunks fall to be the bottom tray & later shell climb down to chew them up even more. Itâs meant to be chewed, shredded and demolished, while occupying your birds attention, time and encouraging them to chew IT rather than your personal items, etc, Mission Accomplished!!! We love this product!!!! Itâs been well worth the price!! Again, Please continue making them!!

Lots of chewable material for the price
I cut this toy into 3 strands because it was so large, so good value for the price, unfortunately my Amazon and African Grey don’t like it as much as the homemade toys I make out of toilet paper rolls and egg cartons. The plus of that is this toy will last a long, long time!

Perfect toy for my Macaw!
My macaw absolutely loves this toy. He used to destroy it within four weeks or so. Then he went down to three weeks then 2 weeks. The last two times that I purchased this it took him one week to tear it up. Is that a bit costly? Yes but, it entertains him for hours. He absolutely loves it so Iâll keep buying it as long as he loves it. Heâs had a lot of various toys, but this one is by far his favorite!

This is Large. Good size for parrots.
I really like this product. My bird is a Senegal parrot and loves this toy. The cardboard is his favorite. He will go through it in a couple of weeks. I have to keep reordering it. It’s a good size. About 16-17 inches of wood and cardboard pieces. I recommend this product mainly for its size and great price.

Solid toy for medium/large parrot
This is a good solid toy for a medium to large parrot. Our lesser sulfur cockatoo likes it very much. It appears to last her about one week. While the wood pieces are narrow, they appear to be surprisingly durable based upon the amount of time it takes our parrot to demolish this toy. She has actually destroyed toys with much larger pieces of wood much more quickly.
