The Key is in the Detail: View every event in up to 2K clarity (1080P while using HomeKit) so you see exactly what is happening inside your home.
Smart Integration: Connect your IndoorCam to Apple HomeKit (download our HomeKit User guide in the product information section below), the Google Assistant, or Amazon Alexa for complete control over your surveillance.
Follows the Action: When motion is detected the camera automatically tracks and follows the moving object. Pan the lens 360° horizontally or tilt it 96° vertically to get a clear view of the whole room.
Communicate From Your Camera: Speak in real-time to anyone who passes via the camera’s built-in two-way audio.

    decent, cute indoor camera
All three E220 cameras successfully connect to the Homebase3, and functioning as desired. Considering the good price, there are some trivial defects I found so far. The cry detection detects not only human voices, but also high-frequency sounds such as the car horn, bird chirruping etc., and the sensitivity setting seems too tricky to filter out those sounds. Another defects, maybe bugs of the software – each time I would like to config a camera, I must press the eye icon, wait seconds to activate the camera before the configuration menu is shown. Even if the camera actually stays connected to the HB, I cannot find the HB options below the ‘Storage’ tab of the menu. The camera just transfers video clips to the HB unnoticeably.update: After firmware update to the latest version, the camera can be initiated automatically, and configuration comes into effective. But still it cannot find HB3, and the faces stored cannot be synchronized to the camera, i.e., it still recognizes me as a human not my name and stop tracing.

    10/10 and incredible price
For the cost, I didn’t expect such a solid product, genuinely.I have 3 in my apartment, bought 1 originally then bought 2 more.1) The app is amazing for reviewing events and saving them to your phone (as long as your home wifi is on).2) formatting the SD card is very easy.3) they record in great quality.4) the audio is very sensitive. If I turn sound detection to high, I get a notification when my A/C kicks on or when a car drives by (I’m on the 3rd floor).I love these little cameras and the app. I don’t leave a ton of reviews but they really deserve it.

    Thumbs DOWN
Eufy has done it again with this Camera. This unit is AWESUM. Full of features (putting other camera companies to shame… hint hint Wyze) and the APP is GREAT compared to others. VERY user friendly. And of course the number 1 selling point for me. NO FEES!!!!!! NO EXTRA Monthly costs!!!! (if you do not want to use their cloud services) Hey a micro SD card works for me, no need for any one else to have access to anything I record. (Ya I know all companies say their clouds are private and secure… And they all are till they are not. Think about it.)The video is crisp and clear and no or very little lag. GREAT CAMERA!!!!!!!! Will be buying more of these cameras to replace others I have.UPDATE: 13 Feb 2023: I have to update this review due to the POOR customer service I’ve received from EUFY. This company used to be OK. I’ve got other cameras, and when I had issues in the past they were right on it to either fix or replace their product. Well something has drastically changed. I brought this camera over christmas time and it worked great till about 3 weeks ago. Then it stopped recording motion. It will record if you select continuous, but not just motion. I contacted Eufy multiple times looking for a fix. In the past I’ve had this issue and they promptly replaced the camera. This time however they keep saying they are aware of the issue and an update will fix it…. WHEN??????? Still waiting……. Still Waiting. Here is another thing I had to contact them multiple time just to get a response. Never was like that before. Sad a good company going BAD. I stand by what I wrote above as this is a GREAT camera for resolution and NO Service Fees, but seems like their customer service and issues are going to kill this company. I very much considering sending this camera packing and NEVER buying EUFY again. Buyer beware.UPDATE – 14 Mar 2023 – It really pains me that I have to add this review, but people need to be aware. In the past I have PRAISED EUFY for their quality and customer service on their cameras, but sadly as of late they are and have FALLEN Hard. Here’s the story…So back in Dec 2022 I purchased this camera. It worked GREAT till EUFY did a software/firmware upgrade. From that point on it would not record motion. It would still record continuous 24/7, but not dect/record motion. Contacted EUFY and was told they knew about this issue and would be releasing a new firmware update soon. Well that was months ago. Anyways about a month ago I contacted them again to ask where the firmware update was… No date. So I told them I wanted my money back or a new camera. They sent me a new Camera and told me to keep the one I already had. Cool… Freebee. Great. It worked as advertised till It made me do the firmware update a day later. From that point on it had the same issue as above. Whatever.. Guess I can wait for the firmware update. Then last week the freebee camera they sent me stopped working all together. Keeps falling off line no matter what I do. Will not come on line unless I reset it, and then falls right back off line. Can’t really call and complain to EUFY again now since they already gave me a freebee, so now I have one camera that does not work and one that works kinda. Not good. It seems like there is a trend here that EUFY’s products are not living up to what they should. Shame too ’cause their visuals for their cameras are the best I’ve found for the price. But that being said, what good is that if the functionality isn’t there. So here’s where I stand for EUFY Cameras… I will not buy anymore of their cameras/products until they get their products fixed and I suggest others do the same… Let them fix their issues or fall through the floor. UPDATE: 25 Mar 2024: Changing my review once again… Sorry peoples. 🙂 Anyways since EUFY fixed their previous software update the cameras are working again as advertised. GREAT Cameras. Sorry if I confused whomever with previous reviews. I would recommend this product and would/will buy again. NO MONTHLY FEES!!!!!!!! Why can’t other manufactures get it… We buy your product… We do not want to pay repeatedly for it’s use.

Good depending on what you are specifically getting it for
I will say I am rating on a bit of a skew based on the price of the product on sale during the holidays for just under 30. For the price, I think it serves as a great camera with remote access and if it was just that, and if it was advertised as just that and that was what I got it for, 4 or 5stars would be easy. It has a large viewing angle, decent night vision, tilt and pan provide for even larger coverage. Those all make this a wonderful camera if all you need is a way to view an area and at 30$, that’s a decent value and I do not regret this purchase at all. That said, if you want it for security reasons, there are some limitations. I am not putting full faith in it if notifications and human detection are the main use. It’s AI detection is just too inconsistent. It has picked up an apron hanging on the side of my fridge as a person, but fails pretty much 100% of the time to detect a person walking down some steps; in that case, only the top portion of a border is unobstructed with the bottom being partially blocked by guardrails, but I would have hoped that arms, body and head would be good enough for detection. If it expects full body detection every time, that just isn’t very good for security reasons. The distance of detection is also not that great. Viewing the camera, it can see my kitchen from the living room where it is situated, and while it has full view of people at 15-30ft, it doesn’t detect them as such and so doesn’t notify or record if you aren’t doing 24/7 recording. It’s even a bit worse for night time detection it seems. The poor AI detection which it advertises is the major reason why it took a slight hit to the rating.I have pivoted to using this mainly to monitor my dog when I’m upstairs working and he is resting downstairs or just to check in on the house if I left and want to make sure I didn’t forget something like turning off a candle or stove. I don’t use it for notifying as it isn’t reliable enough for that. I could set it to detect all motion, but then I’d get way too many insignificant movements that are meaningless to me.App works well enough and I find intuitive and mostly responsive with quick access to live feeds. I wish this camera had definable viewing locations like it’s floodlight/cam cousin. If I move the camera using the app, I have to make sure to move it back every time. An ability to return to a “default” at least would be nice. It’s not a huge deal as I don’t have a need to move it often. I have it table height, but for anyone mounted at a corner at ceiling height, I’m sure it would be able to capture an entire room without much need for camera movement. You can also set it to pan on it’s own if that’s your preference.Notifications are fine and if you are on wifi, thumbnails are sent no problem as well. For whatever reason though, I can’t seem to get thumbnails to push when on mobile data and the thumbnails take a while to appear even going into the app and trying to look at each video. Not sure that’s an android issue or something else, but it is what it is. As I stated, I don’t bother with notifications anyway for this camera so it’s not a big deal. It’s a bit more annoying for my floodlight/cam which I do have set for notifications, but that’s not what this review is about.Setting activity zones that specifically trigger the recording is nice, but a bit limited. Only 2 activity zones can be configured and it detects the global camera detection options (human, pet or motion). Being able to set each activity zones for human, pet or motion would be a much welcome enhancement for me as I’m using this to monitor my dog and being able to see when he goes to the door for example would be nice so I can be notified to let him out.No subscriptions are needed for this and local storage with up to 128GB class 10 microsd is supported which will store I believe 6days or so of continuous recording or a significantly longer amount of video clips if using it only for detected activity. Homebase 3 ups the storage capabilities and AI detection, but I have yet to try that.So if you are using it for security and are expecting it to be reliable for human detection, I’m not sure I could recommend it. If you have a small room that has no obstructions, it would work well I think in that case. If you just want to have a cam that has easy remote access to check in on things, I would recommend if you get it on sale. While it has been a bit disappointing in some regards, it has surprised me in others in quality in a good way. For the price, I will probably pick up another one at some point for various uses like checking in on 3D printer, checking on laundry or whatever else you could think of.

I want to start off by saying that I currently own 6 Eufy cameras. 3 indoor, 2 outdoor, plus a new e340 doorbell camera that I am waiting to be delivered. All of these cameras are great. Especially these E220’s. I got the 2 pack for a pretty good price from Amazon. I also LOVE Amazon! These e220’s are easy and very fast to install. I’ve already got the eufy app, so install is literally only 5 mins per camera. Most of the time is due to the updating and syncing to my wifi. The actual install only takes 1 minute, the rest of the time is spent waiting for the update etc.The camera quality is good at 2k. They have a nice wide field of view. The picture quality is great. Obviously, the more resolution the better, but these ones are good enough for my indoor use. They zoom, have an alarm on them and you can speak and listen through them as well, via the app. They are plugged into a 120V wall socket. They have pretty good night vision as well. They record when movement is detected and you can customize it all in the app with many different options. I always buy SanDisk 10 speed, 120GB MicroSD cards for these cameras. They work 100% of the time in these devices and they hold a ton of information. Best thing with these Eufy products is that there are ZERO monthly fees and you can view the cameras via the app from anywhere in the world with a stable wifi connection and your phone or tablet.I highly recommend these cameras. I also highly recommend Eufy, itself. I will be buying more. Thanks Eufy! Feel free to reach out to me so that I can review more of your products, especially on my YouTube channel! Thanks.

I recently purchased the eufy security camera, and I couldn’t be more impressed with its performance and features. Here’s why it’s the best low-budget option with HomeKit Secure Video compatibility, excellent video quality, human detection & tracking, and a compact form factor.**Low Budget Brilliance**: One of the standout features of the eufy security camera is its affordability. It’s perfect for budget-conscious users who still want reliable home security.**HomeKit Secure Video**: I was thrilled to find a budget-friendly camera that supports HomeKit Secure Video. This adds an extra layer of privacy and security, allowing me to store and review footage on my Apple devices with end-to-end encryption.**Crystal Clear Video**: The eufy camera delivers exceptional video quality. The 2k resolution ensures that every detail is sharp and clear, whether it’s day or night. The night vision is particularly impressive, providing a clear view in low-light conditions.(but due to Apple conditions it’s reduced to 1080P.**Human Detection & Tracking**: The eufy camera’s ability to detect and track humans sets it apart from many other budget cameras. It reduces false alerts and ensures that you’re notified only when a person is detected, which is especially handy in high-traffic areas. In conclusion, the eufy security camera is a fantastic low-budget option that doesn’t compromise on essential features. With HomeKit Secure Video compatibility, top-notch video quality, human detection, and its compact design, it’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their home security.
