Grommet broke the first time I used it.
The top grommet broke the first time I used it. Since there is no paperwork included in the package I have no way to contact them for a replacement part.

Great Travel Cage
We drove to FL from NJ. We used this cage for her in the hotel rooms, but also a great cage for her in the car. We have a smaller cage I keep on my lap for the car. The food and water dishes in this cage are perfect. My bird went right to them. The cage is easy to clean and transport. I do like the one zippered side being mesh. I was able to hang a sleeping hut and a toy here and there with a fishing line looped through the holes at the top. She slept just fine. She had trouble climbing, so I hooked up a rope ladder. My bird is a canary-winged bee bee bird. She is just a little bit bigger than a parakeet and worked great.

bird traveler carrier
I used this carrier to move from one state to another so my bird spent two days in my car in it and 1 night in motel room in it. It was the perfect size for my black masked love bird. He had never used a travel carrier so I was concerned that it might be too traumatic for him & he might not survive the trip/change in weather. It comes with full black hooded cover that was perfect to use and kept my bird quiet/peaceful despite my long drive. Not only did he make the trip without any problems, once in my new home I couldn’t locate his own cage right away due to all the chaos of movers arriving so he lived in the travel carrier until I could locate his cage. I would certainly recommend this bird travel carrier for love bird sized birds.

I Like It and My Bird Likes It
IThe carrier lives up to everything it claims to be. It setup easily into a light weight and sturdy structure. My new conure was immediately comfortable in it and apparently enjoyed the long ride home. When we arrived home, the carrier collapsed easily into a compact package until it is needed again.

Missing items every purchase.
The bird cage didnât come with the screws to put the perch up for the birds, second time getting a replacement it didnât come with anything but the handles for the carrier && the carrier itself. No tray for the bottom, no dual bowls for the food and water, not even the perch for the birds. It was really upsetting but despite all that was missing it came in good condition.

I bought this for my quaker parrot. Itâs the perfect size. Thereâs plenty of room. Itâs also easy to set up. A little pricey but worth every penny. I also love the cute little travel bowls it comes with. Highly recommend!

Just arrived, flat packed; it took us 5 minutes to put it together, and I must say it looks great!We have 2 cockatiels and this carrier will transport them to the vet and back very easily, but I can’t see them travel long distances without getting on eachother’s nerves since it’s not very wide.It would be fine for a couple of budgies, though.The only thing I don’t like is the 4 transparent walls: I have covered one of them because birds can feel very vulnerable if they don’t have a safe corner (same reason why cylindrical and round cages are never a good idea).All in all, very happy with my purchase.
