Works Well for Bearded Dragon
I literally bought this kit August 24 2024, the bulb and it is December 3 2024 and mine already burnt out. I spoke with the seller and received a new bulb in the mail. Thanks for being so kind.

Donât even bother
Bought this in June or July. For one my dragon stayed in his basking area almost nonstop. Not a good thing it means heâs not getting enough uvb output from the bulb. They should only bask in the morning for an hour then explore the tank then bask another hour in the afternoon. Then the bulb started acting up then just now in October not even three or four months after purchase the bulb blew out. So I gotta go get a ZooMed T5 10.0 24 watt UVB bulb one I shouldâve got from he start. If I had the money Iâd get an Arcadia T5. I hope the replace bulb fits in well and I donât need to buy a whole new fixture but if I do Iâll be putting out the money for an Arcadia or if I need cheaper go with Zoo Med basically my boy is going to suffer a little till I can go get him a replacement bulb. Very disappointed with this product I just hope the fixture isnât the piece of trash the bulb was

Stopped working <6 months after purchase
I bought 2 of these at the same time, first week of August 2024. One was for our new bearded dragon. The 2nd was an addition to our 5 yr old Russian tortoiseâs habitat. The included bulbs both blew less than 6 months later, right around Thanksgiving (Nov 2024), during a major snow storm. Both bulbs stopped working within 2 days of each other. Since I couldnât drive to the closest pet supply store with highways being shut down, I ordered a replacement 2 pack of bulbs on Amazon and ran to the hardware store for whatever might get the reptiles through a few days (UVA/UVB plant grow bulbs for emergency backup). After we got the new bulbs a week later, we realized that one of the fixtures had actually blown. When I tried to find the manufacturer info to submit a warranty claim, I was unable to find anything on the Amazon page beyond the statement that the manufacturer offers a 6 month warranty. No info on actually submitting anything for the warranty. The companyâs Amazon page only shows their products for sale, and a Google search of ReptiKing didnât help either. The 2nd fixture is still working after replacing the UVB bulb. Iâm now searching for a more reputable alternative for both reptiles, though, and will keep the ReptiKing fixture as a backup in case anything similar happens in the future.
