Right off the bat, let me say I have large hands and these fit very tightly. Being molded silicone they also can be tricky to get on and impossible with wet hands. That said, they do have plenty of air holes, like crocs for your hands, so they don’t induce the sweating I feared from them at first.As to the function, they have longer nubs them other gloves I’ve seen, and they are molded cones that flex more than the standard plastic tips on other gloves. For my dog, who HATES combs and reacts to the touch of them, this glove was able to get a solid petting/groom on him without a freak out. Two hands is nice as well, since often moving him will make him decide he is done, so I can just let him stand/sit while I “pet” him to get a good bit of shedding fur off.And that’s the important part, yes it does get fur off! I have a Pomeranian and so it’s a long hair, dual coat and these gloves ALWAYS get something off him even with the shortest bit of brushing. I also am able to give more pressure and get a little deeper with these softer nubs.The palm has larger “bristles” while each finger has the same style but smaller diameter. All of them are longer than standard gloves I’ve seen so you can use the fingers for more sensitive areas and still get the loose fur.The one star off is for the gloves being solid silicone and tight on a large hand, sometimes I’d catch a finger in a hole in the back and felt like if I wasn’t careful it might rip or worse hurt my finger. If you can handle the feeling of them, however, they are good at getting the loose fluff off your pooch!

Removes Thick Undercoat
Our dog sheds a lot and my wife is always looking for tools to help keep the falling hair at bay. She found these silicone grooming gloves and thought they may be useful. The dog loves to be brushed and these gloves feel good to her and they remove the shedding fur well. Having a glove for each hand makes the brushing job a lot quicker.
