Neglected for Over 2 Years, Chained Dogs Finally Get the Freedom They Deserve:

For more than two years, two dogs lived a life no animal should ever endure—chained to a rooftop in Mexico, neglected and nearly forgotten. Their fur had grown so matted and filthy that they barely resembled dogs. But everything changed the day a concerned citizen contacted the Environmental Protection Office of Mexico. That call triggered an investigation, and soon the rescue group West Coast Paws stepped in to save them.

Zoë described the joy of finally seeing Terry find peace and love. His road to recovery had been long, but he never gave up hope. And now, he gets to live out his golden years in a safe, warm home where he is cherished.
