Why can’t I receive notifications ?
To receive instant alert notification,
√ Turn ON the notifications feature for your mobile device;
√ Enable Notification banner from Settings on iSeeHome App;
√ Set Motion Detection Alert for JAIOT camera(s).
When using an Android device, you should allow the iSeeHome App to run in the background from settings, enable app notifications, and allow the app to run while in power-saving mode.
Why can’t I delete the footage/Motion Clips?
Either the footage or the event history can not be deleted manually in iSeeHome App. This is a protection against anyone destroying potential evidence.
1. For Cloud Storage, the clips can be deleted automatically after a certain period of time (according to your purchased plan).
2. For SD Card Storage, the clips will be deleted automatically on a first-in, first-out basis once the storage is full. You can manually delete them from a computer with an SD card reader.
My device is not working/ defective
1. If the indicator light is on, which means that the power adapter and power cord are functioning correctly, please press the reset button for 10 seconds until you hear the prompt voice, and then re-setup the camera.
2. If the indicator light is off, please ensure that the power supply is functioning correctly, and try another outlet.
If the problem still persists, please reach to us for further assistance.

Great camera especially for the price. We needed them to watch over elderly parents since we like 30 minutes away. My MIL has been falling and canât be left alone without supervision. Since we canât always be there, we got these to watch her when sheâs alone. They are perfect. They work great, the picture is clear and we like how we can communicate through them with the touch of a button. Pleasantly surprised by how good these work since they were very inexpensive.

It kinda works but, has several problems…
1.) It does Not have 2K! 2.) They did work for a few months then one stopped playing video! A few months after, the second did the same!! Neither will play the video back at all via the SD card I put in!?! I’ve always had SD cards in!! 3.) They also have a delay in getting the alarm trigger info on the phone in a reasonable time! 4.) I put in a SD card as mentioned and it does not always play back the info caught on camera. It does most of the time only on one camera! 5.) They push advertisements daily for you to get subscription, hence the product alone is poor!! Avoid!! 6.) A rather bad delay in catching the motion after triggered, so you can miss what first started the trigger of the camera!!

this is a pretty slick inexpensive camera
I got this for my son to play with since it was so inexpensive, its turned out to be a really sweet camera. He strapped it to an RC excavator and trolls around and talks to us form the other room lol, uses it to setup and watch his pet squirrels when they come eat in the back. He loves it, super easy to setup with the app too.
