My chinchilla Love this wheel! & so do I!
I love that this product is large enough to not harm my chinchilla’s spin while running full stride. It’s worth the money, it’s well made works great. My chinchilla took a few days to adjust and figure out how to get it to stop, but now she is a pro and can stop it whenever she wants to get off and lounge. It’s a little louder than I expected. But I don’t mind, I am just happy she is not getting harmed using this product. It’s easy to clean and I highly recommend this for any chinchilla owner. It’s a great investment. I’m hoping it will last her lifetime. 🤗I can’t believe how many wheels are out there that are too small for their spins. Thanks for making a product designed for my furry friend with her health/body in mind.

Not worthy of the cost
This product is not worth the money I paid. The $30 wheels at a pet store last longer than this product. I used it with 2 bonded chins. It was sooo noisy, bearing fell apart within days. We moved it to a single chin cage. It was much quieter but continues to fall apart. I am soo disappointed in this wheel. $120 up in smoke.

Foster loved it!
My foster came with a plastic too-small wheel, so I ordered her this one. She immediately jumped on and ran! It’s not super quiet, but it’s the perfect size for chins. It’s durable and stays put. Easy to wipe clean. Will last! I definitely will get again.

Sturdy – gets noisy if not oiled
This wheel is very sturdy, easy to clean and quick to put up. But, it does get noisy if not oiled. The noise is very loud so make sure to oil your regularly. Other than that my chinchillas love this wheel and use it daily. The wheel itself is massive, so it gives the animal lots of space to run

I got it for rats in a Critter Nation tall cage, all 3 of them have been using it.-Noise:Quite low, I’m sitting about 2m (6-7 feet) away from their cage, I wear an headset at low volume and if I didn’t always kept an ear out to make sure nothing bad happen with them, I would probably not notice when they are using it.It is more noisy when one of them run in it, but since they tend to jump a little and not just run, it might be the reason for the volume’s difference.-Sturdiness:It’s made quite strongly, the metal got a nice thickness and the enamel looks like the same that is used to cover the cages for large parrots, even got a similar texture.-Solidity:It’s very stable, it’s somewhat heavy so you might need to add something to reinforce the side of your cage, not because it will deform but rather to reduce the already low volume of the noise.-Cleaning:Very easy, you can very easily clean it up without removing it out Unless you want to clean up the backside and even then you can do a large part of it without removing it.-Finaly:3 of my 4 rats have been using it since I installed it in their cage. The 4th one who didn’t use it was mostly du to her age, her personality and the fact she was a naked rat (We suppose that the cold metal might have been unpleasant for her).Overall I would give a score of 9.5/10. The missing score being for the weigh of the wheel, but it’s also a strong point since it means it is quite sturdy. I’ve had it for about 7 weeks and have no complain. Great product!Make sure to measure your cage before ordering, even while knowing the size it had and even looking it up with a measuring tape, it is still quite surprising how big it is.

Bought last year. Worked well at the beginning, but it hasn’t been working well for the last six to nine months. It doesn’t turn well and the wheel makes a horrible sound. The hole in the middle weakened and the axle shifted. Had to buy another one. Bought a different model from another company and it works so much better and will last much longer . Don’t waste your money and buy a wheel with a wood back and surrounded by metal. Cheaper, quieter and much more durable!
