Great Chick Waterer
I like them. Test each one every week. Wish I knew which side the gasket went on but they havenât leaked on me and chicks figured out how to use them pretty quick. Also very easy to install

So i got these to build a winter heated watering system for my flock. Ive previously used the cup style and those freeze up so i saw these recommended and gave it a try. I build a watering system with a 20 Gallon Trashcan (decent rubber made from Home Depot) these watering nipples and a fish tank heater (I used a 50 watt HiTauing i bought here on Amazon) These were super easy to install and even included the drill bit. They have worked very well. Note that I didnât fill the can all the way when it was cold because I didnât know if my heater could handle that much water. They didnât freeze up at all and my girls had constant access to water without having to bring fresh twice a day. Always get extra because it is inevitable(from all the different kinds of watering nipples Iâve tried) that one or two will leak but itâs usually easily fixable by replacing the inner o ring. I definitely recommend these over other styles

Good product. Easy install with a drill and a five gallon covered bucket.
My husband wanted to add another water station in our chicken run. These had good instructions and he had it going quickly. No leaks. Need a drill and a bucket. My husband is the average husband handy man. So easy installation. Chickens immediately ran to drink. My husband liked the hose attachment which didnât come our old one. Very pleased. Leaked and plucked apart by chickens.
Leaked and plucked apart by my Rhode Island reds. Needed to use orings on both sides to stop the leaks . But my chickens eventually managed to pluck the wire springs and had to constantly replace them. I switched to a different style of nipples that does not have springs.
