Solid find but a little finicky
I love that his makes a nice click when it opens, you can technically use it as a clicker to help your training efforts although it definitely isn’t as accurate with timing in that case. That’s my only complaint, it takes the right amount of force to get this guy to pop open which makes it a bit harder to use. That being said, if you’re filling this thing full of seed you don’t want it to pop open if you drop it!Even if you’re not using it for the lovely bonus of a click, it is just a bit frustrating to open and close with its smooth surface and the force it needs. A little rubber grip on the top would likely solve that and get rid of all problems.No sharp edges, smooth paint job, absolutely adorable! I really do like it and it’ll work for your needs, just be prepared for the surprising amount of force it needs.
