Great wheel, poor quality bottle holder
The wheel is great. My hamster runs on it and it doesn’t make excessive noise.The wooden water bottle holder is crap. The little piece of wood that goes around the bottle split in half where the screw goes in. I glued it back together, drilled out the hole so a drywall screw holds it in place now.

no instructions. assembly not good
This is a waste of money. It came with no instructions.First off the wheel. I’ve put 3 of these type wheels together and I still had trouble. After figuring out which way the bolt went in( one sides different that the other) redoing it a couple times to get all the parts correct, i still had to look at the pictures on website to see if the yellow plastic middle piece was facing the right way. Also it has a wobble when spinning, that’s just do to the asdembly Everthing is put in right. It’s hard to tell from video, but it’s there.The water bottle. Where do i start. It’s in the trash. The main issue is I noticed the ball seemed to small and super loose. Sure enough it has a constant drip. And ive tried all the tricks to fix it. Filled it up before bed and woke up with it completely gone and bedding soaked. Not only that, the stand is not cut where it fits in the grooves. I thought wow, what a good deal. Essential the same price as others but you get a water bottle with nice stand. Nope. Next time I’ll go with the reputable brand I trust. It is silent, but i have a feeling I will have more issues with the wheel since the assembly does not produce a smooth turn. The last no name brand wheel i recieved has 5 spider cracks coming from the verve of the wheel assembly and has only been a month. We will see on this one.
