Great lamp
This lamp is easy and versatile to install. We used the brackets and attached it to threaded rod so we can adjust the lights height to get the right amount of UV for our bearded dragon. Itâs very bright and of excellent quality, very durable as I mightâve dropped once or twice while installing but it still works great and shows excellent performance. Highly recommend!

Was working perfectly until the bulb/fixture went out. Customer service quickly apologized and immediately sent out a replacement.Fixture and bulb came with a UV card to detect levels of uv within the habitat to ensure it was placed perfectly for our tortoise. I get these for the fixture. Surprisingly enough it’s hard to find an empty fixture of this style for a reptile tank UVB. It’s a really nice t5 uvb fixture and much better than the Carolina Cages ones I used to get way back when. The bulb on the other hand is crap. It does put out some uvb but there’s nothing that compares to a good Arcadia bulb. This is like a lot of the woodworking tools out there that I buy. The tool is fine but the blade always needs to be replaced straight off. My advice is to get an Arcadia bulb for this fixture and keep the original bulb as a backup just in case.

This almost burnt my house down!
The part where the bulb plugs into the light got hot, the bulb burnt and the entire plastic housing melted! Thank God I had the outlet on auto shut off with set temperatures, but this could have cost me everything.ð Reading other reviews, it seems that I am not alone.

Great Buy!
Really love this light. My bearded dragon was acting sluggish, didn’t really want to eat, was sleeping all the time. I got this light because I figured he did not have enough UVB lighting and I am extremely happy I did! He has been up and running around, he got his appetite back, and sassier then he has been in a while. Came with the light and the bulb, cheaper than the store!

Worked great till it blew
Light fixture worked great for 4 months until the fixture blew. I smelled a strong burnt smell coming from the reptile room and the light was off and hot. Thank goodness I caught this in time.Product worked great, is there a warranty I could claim?
