Great quality and good heat
I was in need of some more heat bulbs for our chicks and these worked out perfectly.-They came in well packaged and in perfect shape.-These fit in the heat lamps we get from the feed supply store no problem.-They have very good heat output and kept them nice and warm even when it dipped down to the single digits.-The coating on the sides of these help to direct the heat better than some other bulbs we have used.Overall these performed perfectly when we needed them and what more can you ask for.

Arrived perfectly packed, in one piece and in working order!
These bulbs were so well packed and arrived all in one piece! That made me so happy. They fit my lamps and work as expected. We use a lot of these bulbs on our ranch. During the winter we have one in our well house, two on our macaw cage, two for the barn cats, and two in the chicken coop. Of course we also use them whenever we have baby chicks. I’ve ordered so many of these bulbs from a big box store that specializes farm and ranch supplies, but I can always count on at least one being broken when they arrive. The store is great about crediting me for them, but it is such a hassle to get it done! From now on I’m ordering from here because it will be great to know that they will not be broken when I get them and I don’t have to order extra ones.

Not hot enough.
These come in minimal packaging. Tested it out for chick brooder and they couldn’t get over 98 degrees even in close proximity. Same kind of bulb same specs different company gets it to 120 in same conditions. good for red light therapy, not much else.

This is amazing!I use it on myself, especially in the winter, especially before sleep. It helps my eyes, it helps me feel relaxed with this red light therapy. I Use it for few minutes and it works so good for my eyes and it warms my face. Love it!

Important for chicks
I am currently raising some baby chickens as well as intubating goose eggs. I needed a heat lamp to keep them warm, and this definitely does the job. This is an essential part of any farmer’s kit.

Started smoking right away
We tried both of these bulbs in a lamp base rated up to 300W and both of these bulbs immediately starting smoking. Major fire hazard trying to use these bulbs. We were going to use them for our new baby chicks, but there is something wrong with them. Beware.

I got these heat bulbs for my chicks. They put out a good amount of heat. They are a red color when you turn them on, so theyâre not the super bright white that disturbs them when itâs nighttime. It works pretty good and puts out a good bit of heat.
