Best product in all categories
After purchasing a couple other inferior shock collars for my very rambunctious Shepski puppy, I found the PatPet 910 and itâs been a miracle. I donât normally do reviews, but if youâre looking for a shot caller for your dogs, I highly recommend this product..1. The range is phenomenal!2. The battery life is just amazing. I never worry about it being dead or going dead. Anytime I take my dog somewhere. super fast charging as well..3. It was very easy to train my dog with this product. I had no issues whatsoever, and he knows when he sees The controller in my hand.4. Sound, which is very important, Is very good at all levels. Itâs loud I can hear it. He obviously hear it.. I have rarely had to go to the vibration level with him.5. The accessories are great. It comes with a nice pouch which comes in very handy for me. I spent a lot of time outdoors with my dog with him being off leash and I am 100% comfortable having him off leash with that collar on him.6. The second most important thing for us when we were buying was the tines. He is half husky half German shepherd. He has a huge mane around his neck. I needed something that was going to penetrate through that. It comes with three different sizes and then extras on top of that for dogs with really thick hair. Iâve never had an issue with it, making connection. Now the last thing I wanna touch bases on their customer service, I lost the remote couple months after I had it in the river and so I called them to order a replacement and they were so kind and so friendly and so fast their customer service is ð¥

Love it!
I got this collar about four or five months ago in hopes that I could use it instead of a leash. I used the beeping sound as the âcomeâ command and the vibration as the ânoâ command. It has worked amazing. Just recently my dog got into an enclosed space and tore the collar to pieces. I email patpet about the issue and the sent me a new collar and remote with couple of days free of charge. I love this brand. Not only because of how easy it was to get a response when I emailed them, but also because of the quality of the items that you get in the box. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a dog.

An economic solution
I bought this after chasing my young Irish Setter 2 miles across our farm and the neighborâs in a side by side while she was heâll-bent to catch a coyote at midnight. Now!when I let her out to pee- she wears this if they are in the vicinity. The trick with any electric collar is to beep, buzz, or tingle when you see the decision to engage in bad behavior cross their face. It must be then. The collar essentially induces what we experience when we walk into a room and think âwhat did I come in here for?â This is the 2nd Setter Iâve used a training collar on and it works like magic. This one is less than half the price and works across a 100 acre field and in the woods well enough to call her off deer. After 3 weeks I have rarely needed to use it. And the late night runs outside it is just precautionary. Highly recommended. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is this remote handles two collars and the switch is a black slider and easily put into the 2nd collar position. This means itâs not working when you think it is. It could be a serious problem for both dog and handler in a situation. It would also confuse the second dog if you are working with two. I recommend a dab of bright paint on it -in sight in mind- and hopefully the manufacturer can design the next model with a ridge to prevent accidental switching.

Good product
Works very well and love the rubber collar. Haven’t used static yet but beep and vibrate seem to be enough so far.

Best Dog Collar Weâve Purchased for Our Weimaraner Puppy!
We are beyond impressed with this dog collar! Itâs hands down the best collar we’ve purchased for our Weimaraner puppy. The fit is perfect, the design is sleek and durable, and itâs been so comfortable for our growing pup. Our dog loves wearing it, and it has held up beautifully through daily walks and playtime.Unfortunately, after a few months of use, the collar did break apart (possibly due to our puppyâs rough play), but what really impressed me was the companyâs customer service. They responded quickly and replaced the collar without any hassle, no questions asked. Itâs so refreshing to see a company that stands behind their products and goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied.I truly appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue promptly, and I will absolutely continue to recommend this collar to other dog owners. A great product with even better customer service!

Works great
Just a heads up, this collar works really great, but you must experiment with the settings, my dog is a three year old and had a few bad habits, we picked her up from the Humane Society and she is as lovable as she is strong willed. She can climb a fence faster than a cat, but since we got this collar, she doesn’t climb the fence that she got zapped at. Even when you hit the vibrate button, make sure it set to high enough to get the dogs attention but low enough that it doesn’t shock her. The shock button is for shocking, the vibrate button is for training, I use it with the chime, to let her know if she doesn’t follow directions the vibrate is coming next. Seems to be working…

Quit working
Worked well, except for that it only worked for about five weeks before it broke and quit working.
