Quality tank
I have another 6.5gal tank, shaped like a cube. I wanted another one that size, but different shape. I really like this! The seems look great, without any squeezed out silicone. The panels are aligned quite accurately too. For me, having minimum 5mm glass is a must. Anything less does not give me any confidence.The glass appears to be quite clear as well.The only critique I have, is that the corners are fairly sharp and the white leveling mat is pretty thin. It’s probably adequate, but I’d like to see a thicker mat.I’ll give an update when it’s been running for a while.

Very Nice Display for your Fish
I wanted to get an aquarium for my betta to replace an older acrylic tank that was showing some scratches. This one seemed to fit the bill although the one main deterrent was that it didn’t come with a lid (more on that later).It’s a beautiful tank with a nice large front surface for viewing your fish. On the other hand, it’s quite narrow, and so if you’re ham-fisted like I am, getting things set up right in your tank can be difficult, and cleaning it when the time comes is going to be a chore. I like the fact that this isn’t a kit. No crappy filter or light to deal with (I usually replace them anyway). I can use the simple sponge filter and aquarium light I already have for this set-up.Back to the lid… I’ve recently lost two “friends” because they wanted to venture outside their tanks and made a jump for it (this happened at night through the narrowest of openings). Bettas can jump! Therefore a lid is a must. So I ordered a couple of other things with my tank in order to make a lid for the tank. The plastic sheets are rigid, but can easily be cut, so you can “notch” the top where your hoses, wires, and light go. The plastic latches are perfect for attaching the lid to the aquarium. Beautiful simple tank, came boxed perfectly arrived with no issues, I thought it would be slimmer than it was but I think it’s perfect and fit my plants, filter, heater, rock, light and fish just fine! It is a beautiful clear display, and my fish looks very happy with it! It looks elegant even, and definitely looks like it costs more than it actually does, and would add a lovely touch to your space! Came boxed well for being fragile, and definitely heavy when filled with water, so I say set it up where you want it before adding water. I’d recommend rubber gloves for a good grip if moving it while it is filled as the glass is smooth to the touch and could be slippery when wet. Gorgeous buy!

You can have a legit aquarium without having to sacrifice a lot of space. We house 3 fish and a few snails, which is probably the maximum for this size.

Ordered on Dec 14, it was a Christmas gift so wasnât used till closer to the new year. Started to leak on February 9th. 9 days out of the return window. Only lasted little over a month.

10 gallon is perfect for betta.I live in Canada and was scared that it would arrive cracked. IT ARRIVED PERFECT. No scratches, chips etc. the grate lid is a good place holder but I would advise shopping around for a secured lid as the grate lid that you need to cut and assemble yourself with this kit is a bit flimsy.For size: think 3 average books for lenght and 1.5 book ish for width.Has held up great so far.For a starter tank (think betta or guppie like fish) this is perfect.As a added bonus they give you2 cleaning sponges, a Algae scrubber brush, big tweezers, and a suction cleaner.Pretty valuable considering separate they could all go for a good couple bucks.4.5 stars cause the grate is meh

I ordered the 10 gallon for a betta fish (currently am cycling the tank) and it came perfect with no cracks or anything! I was a little worried about ordering glass online but it looks SO good and was the cheapest one that I could find. Also I have seen a lot of people in the reviews getting the three gallon option for a betta, so I thought I would just remind people that are getting a betta, FIVE gallons is the minimum tank size for a fighter fish/betta. A 3 gallon tank is quite small for any fish, but shrimp or snails are really fun to watch and would thrive in the 3 gallon (I have some Ramshorn snails in a 1.5 gallon) . For a betta however, go for the 6.5 or 10 gallon! Trust me, you won’t regret getting this tank! Thanks for reading, hope this helps!
