This is a box full of fun faces/shapes that have a good glow to them. Each are individually wrapped. Only had one ring that would not light up, and one that barely glowed. Got these for the Town Marshall to hand out to Trick-R-Treaters on Halloween nights patrol. They help light up the kids to keep them safer on the roads, and shows that Law Enforcement cares about them. We could see them from blocks away moving along the roads ! Hard to say who was more excited about them…the kids, or their parents ! Lots of great feedback from handing them out.
