Difficult to operate at first but well worth the challenge
This device works nicely but the app is difficult to navigate at first. Fortunately I have had similar cameras and can learn on my own. The manual is written with good instructions to set up and connect the device, but from there, the user will need to play around a bit to learn how to use the app.Once you learn how to use this camera (and it could take weeks) this is a well built camera and a beautifully designed device.I was impressed by the ability for this camera to literally follow the object like a moving eyeball. I never saw another quite like it before. Customer service is excellent as well. After a week of getting familiar with the features I finally know how to maximize all of the features this camera has to offer.For the money, this is one of the most durable and solidly built cameras Iâve seen for the money.

Pretty good for the price
Easy to setup. Download the app first, then plug it in. Decent image quality. Slight delay between real time movement and camera. I do wish it was smoother when you move the picture position on your phone.

Definitely worth the money
I am always skeptical about buying small electronics at an inexpensive cost. It’s usually buggy, features don’t work as advertised or app is just garbage. I took a chance on this. Time is my thing. Wasting it on junk upsets me.Update: since my initial review I wasnt able to use this camera for a few months. Wifi issue not a camera issue. But once i got my WIFI in order i started using this camera again. Cam lasted 2 weeks and is now completely dead. So i got about 6months of usage out of this product :(Like I said for the price this thing works well. I won’t go through all the features and speak on it individually. You can use your time to read about all it has to offer. And it’s all true and it all works well. If you have an SD card on hand you are looking at <20 mins full setup time. The app is simplistic for the most part. The only feature I haven't figured out yet is the subcategory "Event recording" under Recording Management. When I have motion sensor enabled it sent an alert to my phone that a motion was detected. But when I go to play back the event, it didn't record. So I will figure that one out.Big kudos that I can check my camera through my mobile with VPN connected. I would have sent it back otherwise. This product I think is reliable and worth the cost. The app as well. 2 thumbs up!

Great camera
Easy to use/set up and picture is great. I love that it can turn all the way and move through the app. Options to customize your video/audio are great as well and night vision is very clear. Auto tracking feature i havent tried yet but seems like a great feature.

Nice little camera at a good price
By reading other reviews, I believe I found my twin out there who said they were an older person who was not technology savvy who had troubles setting up their camera connection to their Wi-Fi until they realized they were using the incorrect Wi-Fi password. I too am an older adult who is not technology savvy and I too had Wi-Fi connection issues due to having the wrong password. So for me, be sure you have your correct Wi-Fi password before starting the process. The rest of the setup is quite easy. I will mention that the manual that comes with the camera is subpar. It is a little confusing as to where you insert your micro SD card as well as where the reset button is. In looking at your camera as if it was an eyeball if you tilt the eyeball upward you will see the insert for the micro SD card and the reset button. You have to take your time looking at the menus and figuring what is where but you get use to the application after using it a couple of times it gets easier. I bought my camera kind of quickly because my apartment complex we’re having unknowns coming into my apartment to do some inspection and the previous camera I had was not compatible with my updated wi-fi. The camera proved to be successful in identifying folks in my apartment, it had great picture and sound quality, and I have determined I’m going to buy a second one because there’s a corner room the camera could not view from it’s mantel location. I would highly recommend this little guy. It’s small and it’s power cord is long which is great and it’s a great product for the cost.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Ãberwachungskamera. Es war zunächst nicht möglich, das Programm zu aktualisieren, aber dann wurde das Problem gelöst. Die Bildqualität ist sowohl Tag als auch Nacht ausgezeichnet, die Programmoberfläche ist sehr einfach und bequem. AuÃerdem kann ich jederzeit überprüfen, was vor sich geht.
