Looks great!
Great color not to dark, not to light! Good contrast between slate and darker hardscape!Like any substrate it requires rinsing.

Looks good
The sand looks really good at the bottom of our aquarium. There was a lot of dust that needed to be rinsed off. I cleaned it and then filled my tank slowly but there was still a little bit of powder which needed to settle.

Takes a LOT of rinsing
Update: 04-02-24After having this product in my 125-gallon aquarium for a couple of weeks, I was horrified to find detritus worms now in the aquarium. There was NO WORM PROBLEM FOR SEVERAL MONTHS prior to the addition of this product. Since this sand is the ONLY addition to the tank, which DID NOT HAVE A WORM PROBLEM PRIOR TO THIS PRODUCT ADDITION, in the past several months, I should be compensated for the effort it will require to remove the worms. I AM FURIOUS! It is IMPOSSIBLE to rid an aquarium of these worms once they have infiltrated without COMPLETELY SANITIZING EVERYTHING IN THE AQUARIUM. I am now FORCED to either live with the effen worms or find a new tank for my Oscar and pray that no worms are transferred. I won’t add new fish to the tank because the ones that will eat the effen worms are perfect appetizer size for my Oscar. NOR, do I want additional fish in the tank. STAY the *%#! AWAY from this product! OR, I suppose you can sanitize the crap with a vinegar or bleach solution, let it dry, then rinse a million times to ensure no chemicals affect your fish. Rating diminshed to one star for a garbage product.******************************************************************************************************************I requested the FANTIAN 5 lbs Fish Tank Substrate Sand to add a little more volume to the sand already in our big aquarium. Our Tiger Oscar seems to like rearranging the sand on bottom and actually gets to the glass. So, I figured to add a bit more sand to buy a little more time before having to rake the bottom smooth again. I received the ‘peach’ version and rinsed it the entire bag at least 10-12 times before the water became fairly clear. When I went to add to the tank, the sand still clouded up the tank. And, I was very careful with adding the sand, using a pitcher full of sand and water. Be sure to continue rinsing until there is absolutely NO residue that you can stir up in your rinsing bucket. I was fortunate in that I have two large canister filters on my aquarium and they cleared up the mess within a few hours. Lastly, the ‘peach’ color has now gone to more of a ‘pink’, so be aware that this sand could change colors on you. I can’t recommend the product because it required way too much cleaning.

Not as photo and it is normal white crystal sand
