10. PICKFUN 1080P HD Pet CameraThis pet camera offers clear video, great night vision, and AI tracking that actually works. The app could be a little more intuitive, but I love being able to check in on my pet anytime. A great peace-of-mind gadget for pet owners!

Paid Subscription For Full Access
If you have social media accounts for your pet(s), then this is probably for you. I have seen similar cameras, but this is my first one of this kind, so I canât really do a full comparison. You will need to have a paid subscription to enjoy all the features, so be aware of that. I like that this camera can move and rotate so it captures a lot more than a stationary camera would. It does have some glitches that can be a bit frustrating, so hopefully they work that out with a software update. Also, itâs important to note that it requires permissions on your mobile device to work. I would also caution you to be cognizant of where you place this camera, so that it is not in any sensitive areas of your home.The good news is that if you are obsessed with your pet(s) then this will give you a lot of content even when youâre away and allow you to interact with them when youâre not home. Pair it with a treat dispenser and you can really interact with your pet while away. It also gives you cute pictures and videos to post on your petâs social media accounts.

Great if you’re willing to pay a Subscription
The camera looks well built and I love that it moves around so that I can see what my cats are doing. I gave it three stars because I was unware that you have to have a monthly subscription to it and that’s not something I’m willing to do. So not all features are accessible to me. The app is really easy to navigate. I think overall it’s a good camera but because of the subscription needed the price is too high.

This is not a continous monitoring camera and seems to require a reset often, which it starts doing randomly and without notice. I love all the features it advertises, but am unable to use them all given the glitches.

Lots of fun features
This little camera does a lot more than just give you a snapshot of a room. Ability to tilt and also rotate 360 degrees means you really can get almost full visibility, depending on placement in your pet’s space. The quality of the video is very good, even under low-light (night vision) settings. And it’s a little like social media for pets: you can publicly post your own videos and also browse other people’s videos—completely optional of course. There are some fancy features which are subscription only.Setup wasn’t difficult but I did hit a small snag trying to register a new account. On my phone, the option to “Sign Up” was not visible at the bottom, and I couldn’t scroll up to get it it show (see photo). On my iPad, I was able to see that option.Lots of choices to customize the app, including notifications and tags for certain pet behaviours. If you are really “into” your pet then this camera would be a very fun upgrade over a basic nannycam.
