Well made with nice tiny holes
I like the simplicity, size, and it’s pretty durable though I’m not sure how long the rubber bands will hold before they deteriorate in the water.
The holes and slots are all evenly cut and well machined, I don’t see the same issue others are stating saying that the edges are not finished, it’s fine the way it is. Sure the edges could be polished smooth but it’s unnecessary. And the holes don’t have sharp edges, it’s just acrylic dust that can easily be rinsed off.
Directions are not that great, but I didn’t end up using it anyways. However, it would be nice if the directions mentioned what the screws are for (and how to attach the hangers, though it’s pretty self explanatory), almost threw out the hangers not realizing they were in the box since the paper on the acrylic is the same color as the box. Turns out the screws are for the hangers!! Hangers aren’t wide enough for my rimmed 125 gallon, but it will work for most tanks.
Paper peels off relatively easily if you go slowly, it should come off mostly in one chunk. I appreciated that the paper was left on so the acrylic doesn’t scuff during transport.
The acrylic thickness is just fine, actually thicker than most commercial breeder boxes so I don’t really see it breaking without (accidental) force.
Overall good value for the money and water flow is decent.
Originally purchased for my angelfish fry, but I’m not 100% sure if the holes are small enough so the fry will not come through or get stuck so I’ll wait a few days for them to get a little bigger.
    Couple of tips for buyers:
-Peel backing off slowly and it should come off easily
-rinse off all pieces as there will be acrylic dust
-suction cup works better if you screw the knob after pressing into the tank’s surface. Loosen knob to remove suction from tank surface. Not sure if this was meant to be this way but I find it works best to tighten to hold suction, loosen slightly to unlatch suction. Similar to bathroom accessories.
    Tips for manufacturer/seller:
-Better directions, include how to use the hanger. I see there’s a video on the product page, but perhaps a link/QR code for a video online would be good or refer buyers to the product page on the instructions sheet.
-Remove acrylic dust before packaging, there’s a lot, it’s a health hazard and gets all over.
-Knob for suction cup has space where small fish can get stuck in back, would be nice to have this closed off or a solid piece.
-latch of some sort for the top door would make this product even better.
Overall great product and I don’t really have any complaints. Simple, serves it’s purpose, and is nice to look at.

    good product
besides the “protective tape” that takes 20 minutes to get off, quick easy assemble, does the job.

    Cheap, but fair
You gotta put it together with the rubber bands. If you accidentally bump into it or frequently use it, the wonky height adjusters may become uneven and you’ll have to readjust. The holes are small, BUT not small enough to keep Corydora eggs. The holes are divited (like a cone almost) and the eggs can get stuck in them. I’d recommend buying a net container instead. A net container allows for better water flow, as well. The perk of this is that is looks neat and will remain sturdy if you never open and close it much.

took a chance on a product with few reviews – was pleasantly surprised
This is a great little box for your fish. It’s made of acrylic, which can break under a lot of pressure, so be careful. You assemble it together with the little rubber bands that came with the box. It’s perfectly clear, sturdy, and the suction cup has great suction. It was the perfect size for my betta to have a bit of room to chill while he gets fed separately from the rest of the tank. (He’s a little pig!) The holes in the box make it easy for water to flow through. Overall, very happy with the box.

It’s fine… if you like do it yourself.
I wish I had checked reviews first. I thought I had ordered a finished product. I was disappointed to receive something that looked like some guy had cut with his cnc machine in his basement and shipped without bothering to even finish “manufacturing it” himself. Why spend the time peeling off the paper, dusting it off, and cleaning up the edges when you can push that off on your customer? Edges were rough. It’s a mess. Acrylic dust all over the pieces, my hands, and my counter. It wad a pain in the butt to peel the paper off of these things. I had to wash them off before even dreaming of putting them anywhere near my tank and had to make sure there were no burrs still stuck to the edges of the cuts in some spots and in the holes. The acrylic is also VERY THIN. it feels so flimsy. I’m afraid I’m going to break it, especially the “hooks” that were sent. I will probably use the suction cups.
Hole sizes are very small. I hope it works. Haven’t tried it yet. I got the stupid box for a single minnow that is failing to thrive. So it’s not worth the hassle of a return. But I wanted to leave a review to warn the next person. It’s probably fine if you don’t mind a homemade/home printed box. Just know that it’s not professionally manufactured or anything.

    Does not work
It was a pain the peel the protective paper off. But rather it be protected than scratched up or broken. The directions SUCK, but i Put them all together (I ordered 3) and I needed them to temporarily hold my adult neocaridina shrimp. They couldn’t even do that. They are so janky that the shrimp could slip out, but they are so small I don’t even know what fish you would be able to out in there without I getting out. They are absolutely pointless. I would return but it says I need to disassemble and return in original packaging and I threw all the packaging away 😭 also disassembling them would be hard since the little o-rings are pretty much seeded in place.
