Love this travel cage for my parakeets!
Ordered this travel cage for my two parakeets. It is much nicer than what I was expecting! Very sturdy and I love the print. Easy to wipe out after use. If you are on the fence on ordering, purchase this one and you won’t be disappointed.

I am very pleased with it
I bought this carrier for a cockatiel that I am keeping for a year for a friend. I already have one of those expensive, $250 dollar bird backpacks for my permanent pet cockatiel, so I didn’t want to spend so much money for a bird I don’t even get to keep forever. So for the price I paid for this item, I am very pleased with it. There is a perch that is sturdy for him to sit on. The only downside is that there are no feeding cups installed like my other backpack, but I bet it could be done myself with a bit of effort and some tools. It’s easy to fit into a car and buckle into a seatbelt, and he enjoys looking out. Definitely worth the price.

Only for very small birds- parakeets, canaries
This carrier seems fine for very small birds like a parakeet or a canary. I bought it for my cockatiel and it was way too small! I ended up taking him to the vet in a cat carrier instead. The perch is quite low to the floor of the carrier, so there was really no way for him to sit on the perch and have enough room for his tail. Also, I’m unsure if this would be the best design in general- the door closes in an awkward way. I’m holding onto it for my parakeets, but not super happy with the purchase.

We have a love bird group called love bird care and support and everyone was talking about what carrier, so I bought two different ones. One works, but she really loves this one and it hangs like a purse. We bring her everywhere. It is sturdy on sides too. Great perch. Easy clean upI also showed you the picture of the other one and she does fine, but really less stress in this one

I owned one of these a few years ago, I loved it. They definitely lowered the quality of it. It doesn’t stand up straight and the perch inside is crooked.

Great travel cage
Good for short trips. The first time I used this was to take my conure to the vet. It’s pretty compact and he wasn’t the biggest fan of it, but it kept him safe and I was confident he couldn’t get out of it. The second time I used it was for a road trip; within an hour, my conure had knocked the perch off and was pretty done with being in a cage so small. Really, it’d be a 5-star review if it was a smidge bigger and the perch locked in place. The removable bottom was great for clean up and I felt safe traveling with him inside it. Definitely recommend.

Perfect travel cage!
This carrier is the perfect size for our Pineapple Green Cheek Conure. He has plenty of room to move and climb, and the soft sides don’t damage his long tail feathers. The large screened areas allow him to see us, it doesn’t stress him out to be in it, and he’s very comfortable. It’s also easy to get him in and out. It’s a great improvement over the hard sided cat carrier we used to use.

Overall, this is a nice carrier. It seems to be well made and certainly functions like it should. The bottom is a little hard to clean due to velcro. My cockatiel is on the small side and does fine in it, but I would not get this for a larger cockatiel or other bird with a long tail.
