Works Great
Iâve purchased this monitor, because our old one is about to go out and I canât afford to have it break before the new one arrives. The customer service representative was quick to help me with the issue I had with my old one. This one has great quality visual and audio for the cost of the product. Iâm happy to say that Iâm happy with the replacement. Itâs simple and easy to use and Iâd definitely recommend it if you have a small child.

This is a great baby monitor! Screen is clear and the features of black/white and color are great. Sound quality is good too. This monitor can have up to 4 cameras programmed to it, which is nice. I had a small issue with my first monitor screen so I contacted customer service and without issue, just received another monitor and camera for free! Customer service was easy and fast. Would recommend!

Great for the price
This is a great monitor for the price. We have all the gadgets hooked up to our phones, but I wanted just ONE simple monitor that I could keep next to me while she napped in the other room. The screen is a good size, picture is clear, and it holds a long charge. A simple solution that worked great for me.

This lasted us four years!
This was a great first time monitor! We had this for two years before the charging chord went out and needed an extra camera so we bought two. Then the brand name changed from ANMEATE to Kidsneed which was confusing, but we found our way around. We had a bit a trouble near the end of its use at four years when the chord on the charger that plugged into the monitor gave out and would only work if you twisted or played with it. Pros: 1) it didnât have WiFi. 2) it was easy to take around the house. Lightweight. The screen wasnât overly huge. 3) Easy to understand settings and simple to learn. The cons were 1) the chargers gave us problems after a while. 2) the light that grows when the baby cries is crazy bright. We usually had to put something over it or turn it away. 3) the kickstand eventually came off from usage, but was easy to put back on. Our oldest played with it a lot which resulted in losing it a few times.

Excellent customer service, solved my problem
So Iâve had a problem when 2 separate monitors stopped charging on me. The first one was replaced by my mom and it did the same thing. I reached out to the companies customer service team because I thought it was odd that I had the same problem. Well safe to say they were excellent at sending a replacement and as you can see from the pic itâs now charging and fully working. They solved my problem and shipped it out the next day. I received it within 2 days which is amazing bc not being able to keep an eye on my toddler was the worse! Thank you so much

Great monitor
Really impressed with thus baby monitor system. I bought it because it’s a closed system, and doesn’t need wifi to connect.The setup was super easy to do & understand!The video isn’t crystal clear, but I have NOT played around with it yet, so it probably could be adjusted, but it really doesn’t bother me right now. The sound is good too, & has the volume light indicator; you can mute the volume & still see if there’s loud noise on the other end.The thing I’m most impressed by is the ability to control the video angle with the monitor at any given point, and the range of motion the camera has! The zoom only has one option, which could be improved upon but, again, not a concern for me.The only thing that I hate or think is pointless, are the lullabies that come in the system. They sound like really poor, creepy old video game quality. So I could just do without. Adding just white noise would be 100x better.I appreciate the ability to also monitor room temperature & that the kit comes with drywall anchors & screws for wall mounting.Overall I really love this monitor, I only had a voice monitor for years, so I’m feeling super upgraded with this product. Even the price is affordable & nothing to complain about.

EXTREMELY disappointing. Not right away, but you’ll see eventually.
I have two children, and I ordered two of these thinking you could pair both monitors to both cameras, but that is not the case. After a frustrating back-and-forth with customer service, they finally understood my needs, and let me know that the cameras do not work that way. If you had only one monitor but up to four cameras, you could synch them all to the monitor, but not multiple monitors. That is a feature that is sorely lacking, but not the reason for only one star.It is very unfortunate how often this monitor loses signal from the camera. The claim is that it has a range of 960 feet, but that range doesn’t even exist in our hallway, let alone from the next room. One problem with this, aside from the loss of signal itself, is that you cannot turn off or even lower the volume of the very loud beep that occurs every few seconds when there is no signal until it comes back on. I cannot keep the monitor close to me since I sleep near my 2-month old, and the beep startles him awake. One monitor worked OK for a while, but it’s been getting progressively worse, and now you can hardly use it. I am within the warranty period, but I have not heard back from the company though I wrote to them weeks ago. This product hardly deserves the one star I have to give.

Love this camera/monitor!
I like that I can sync up for 4 cameras with the monitor. Iâve owned mine for 3 years now and the screen stopped workingâ¦I emailed the company and they sent me a brand new one! Cannot say enough about the great costumer service and quality:)
