Works great !
So I purchased this camera, so I could communicate with my cat. He cries when I go to work, and hes only 6 months old. I have another camera I would talk to him from, while at work but ,I had to stop communicating through that camera .It seemed to stress him out more that he couldn’t see me. This camera is simply amazing ; you can buy the cloud plan which is very inexpensive ,or just add an sd card to download either motion detection only or record 24 hours until the space is all full and it will start again as new by recording over the other videos. The picture is so clear ,he can recognize me when I video call and it has helped him with his stress. Its user friendly,it has night vision, motion detection and it can also rotate all around and if you want the camera can also do motion tracking and follow the “ movement “ while it records . Another feature I love, which makes me want to purchase another one for my father; you can set it up that by pushing the green phone icon anyone at home can just press that green button and will be connected to you through your app. That is so convenient like for parents that you want to check into, just do a video call or they can reach you by pressing the green phone icon button. I recommend this camera highly ; it can be used to video communicate with a family member aka my Winston lol or as a security camera. This camera is a game changer, and it has such great features for a very good price!

Disappointed
At first, it seemed like a great purchase—easy setup, easy usage. Then it lost its Wi-Fi connection…… it won’t reconnect, won’t reset. Can’t find the model number on the Annke website to get support.

Works like a charm
This camera works wonderfully. I am able to keep up with a disabled LO day and night and be alerted to movement. The video calling feature is wonderful.

Good Simple Camera to set up
Would have had 4 stars but I had to email the company and got the typical Chinese woman name Jane for support and couldn’t give me a MAC address of the product, no where on stickers or package listed either. I run MAC filters on my network for security. I wasn’t going to disable 60+ devices by turning off my Mac filter just to get this camera on my network, took it to a friends and put it in their guest network as it wouldn’t even come up in an arp table, I’m locked down pretty tight. But for the average person it will connect easily and very simple controls , we use it for our Pup.
