This killed my fish
This is whiskey. Iâve head him for over 11 months. His tank was well established and he was thriving. I bought this to do a water change and he was dead when I woke up. Did a test strip on everything but ammonia. Everything was fine. Then when I did a liquid ammonia test the ammonia was off the charts. Literally. âAmmonia freeâ Iâve used this before but you had some serious screw up at the factory and it cost me my fish. The same test was done with that was left in the bottle and same results. Everything fine and ammonia so high it wasnât readable. Thanks api. I appreciate it.

This replacement (both bottles) came in perfect. They did not have any brown/floaters. Water is nicely clear.

Dirty water
Iâve been ordering this product for months and have had no issue, and found it so convenient instead of adding fluids to the tank every week & when cleaning the tank. However, Iâve recently returned at least 6 or 7 bottles because they arrived dirty, almost like they had floaties all in the water. I have since then stopped buying, and hope they figure out the problem.
