Good crickets and mealworms for a hamster
The bag was bigger than I expected, and would last a very long time if used for small animal treats. These are definitely one of the best priced crickets + mealworms mix for the amount you get (0.5 lb). I used them to supplement my hamster’s diet in order to add more variety, fat, and protein. They smell like a sort of meaty dog food, but I guess that is to be expected with dried insects. I would probably buy this again when I run out.

Butters loves the mealworms and his absolute favourites are the crickets. Whenever I go to refill his bowl and scatter his food, he goes for these first for a quick munch. They’re a great source of protein for him too. I highly recommend these for your hamster.

They smell horrible
This is our first time ordering from this seller. We have purchased freeze dried crickets and meal worms from other sellers in the past. I ordered these because the package was a better weight for the price. They arrived a few days ago and I am afraid to feed them to my dragon. The smell is so strong and the brands we ordered in the past did have a faint smell, these have a verys strong smell of rot when something is decomposing. I tried to post a question two days ago for the seller but have not seen a reply. It is not worth it to send them back, so it is money wasted. I will continue to by from another seller in the future.
