Isaac Montero –
Great sand cap for my substrate! Didnât really need rinsing or anything!
Love it! Looks great in my tank!
Deanna –
looks good, but very fine
I like how this sand looks because it resembles a light, beachy sand. However, it is extremely fine. The filters in my tank end up sucking up sand and clogging because of how lightweight it is.

(ALMOST) DUST FREE?!
I should have taken off a star for the color when wet, but I actually like it regardless. It’s more of a very pale tan/sand color than truly white once wet. If you want a true white substrate, go with Aqua Naturals Oolitic Aragonite sand. However, this gets five stars for just being so clean. I have used various brands of substrates over the years, and this one shocked me with how little dust it produced when I rinsed it. I was actually confused by how clear it already was when I first started rinsing it. Also the only brand that didn’t produce any large floating particles while rinsing. Will have to try some other sands by this brand just based on that!
