I was more than happy to take him home and make him part of …
My son’s daycare class was leaving for the summer and couldn’t care for their betta anymore. I was more than happy to take him home and make him part of the family. I noticed that his fins were shredded and he had an almost cut on his nose. I started this treatment asap for 10 days with every other day water changes. His fins, while not long like other bettas have healed nicely. It does have a bit of a smell but it works great. His top fin healed and started growing back. His back fin not so much but he is a happy fish now. Great product!

    Seems to be heloing
My poor betta was getting beat up by the current from the water filtration and I made m9difications like adding a sponge to slow the return flow down and with daily doses as directed and a water change His fins are starting to grow back

    Takes time to see effect
This product seems to work, but it will take some time. My betta’s tail is starting to look better. It is no longer torn, but still looks dingy. The other day I saw a little bit of his teal blue color coming back.

    Miracle in a bottle!
WOW! I was super skeptical about this stuff (someone at petsmart recommended it to me). I had gotten a betta from my coworker and though his ragged looking tail was weird, I didn’t know it was a symptom of Fin Rot. I didn’t even know Fin Rot was a thing. His tail got dramatically shorter and he started acting lethargic and wouldn’t eat. I read up about betta care/asked for some advice at petsmart and got some of this to try. Not five minutes after I put this in his tank(following the directions on the label)–he was swimming around, acting curious, much more lively than I’ve ever seen him. I fed him a few hours later and he gobbled up every bit. He’s swimming around his tank and acting like he feels great.I was really afraid he was going to kick the bucket the way he was acting so I’m glad I gave this a try!!! Amazing stuff!!

    Saved AlphaReds life from dropsy!
My poor beta was neglected on an extended vacation. His tank was left a little too long and I noticed he was very lethargic. I had given a similar product to a friend years back and it helped. I placed my order and then tackled a tank cleaning where I noticed Red’s scales puffed up like a pine cone! I have never seen this before and felt that I had already ordered the proper product. After a bit of research I discovered dropsy to be his diagnosis. Perhaps I should have only done a partial tank cleaning at first until the product arrived. Once it arrived I was able to reassemble the tank and dose for the week. I noticed a difference within one or two days! But just like other antibiotics continued for the full 7 days as suggested. Red improved almost immediately and is doing wonderful months later. No more putting off cleanings! Close call!

Not sure if it helped my fish died😮‍💨
Basically it’s tea tree oil that I could’ve used from what I own already… but my fish died. I wouldn’t say it’s because of this though.🥲

    Actually works
I have purchased this beforeMy Beta was sucked up by the filter system it was horrific the poor thing was floating on his side hardly any fins left even had a ripped gill I thought I really should put him out of his misery but I couldn’t do it so I used this and every day I changed his water and added this a tiny more than recomended ! It took a month and I made sure I fed him daily he would actually eat while floating on his sideThis product is fantastic my beta is all healed up with beautiful new fins growing and in a different tank one with less flow !

    Saved my Betta
My Betta suddenly got really sick. My filter stopped working and a bunch of charcoal from it went and sat in the tank, by the time I notice something was seriously wrong cause the filter was always very quite I thought my fish was a goner. I noticed his fins started looking bad, then the next week one eye was all big he was laying at the bottom of the tank and barely breathing. I bought a new tank cause of the filter, got this product and also some of the freshwater salt and a week later he was swimming again about 3 weeks later his eye started to look normal and now his fins are all almost fully grown back again.

Myself and my husband found a betta in a vase abandoned in our block of flats with a note asking for someone to take care of it. We already had a coldwater tank and bought him a tropical one. We didn’t know how long he’d been in the vase or in cold water but when he was moved he seemed to develop fin rot, his fins started to wear away. I bought Bettafix as reviews said it was amazing, miraculous etc and I used it as per instructions. It did certainly help with the fin rot but during use the fins seemed to be getting worse and he seemed more lethargic. I have read that this can happen to some fish whilst on this treatment. I stuck to the 10 days of treatment and then started regular alternate day water changes. That seems to have made much more benefit, his fins have grown back and he is much happier. I think aquarium salt helped as well. I would use this again but only as a last resort.

My betta was suffering with fin rot when I got him. Used betta fix along with regular water changes and the fins got regenerated pretty well within two weeks. Not sure if it’s because of betta fix or just a general better environment but at least didn’t get any adverse affects from using this. Probably worked.

My betta was suffering from fin loss/damage since it was in distress (the heater was broken and did not turned off, almost boiled my little betta). Correct the heater issue, but the fin was still broken. Used the Bettafix for 2 weeks straight (followed the instructions and have a water change after 7 days of consecutive use).My betta recovered very quickly with new fin growth. The smell of Bettafix seems really strong (strong chemical/alcohol smell), but it didn’t bother the betta and he is much healthier than before. Unfortunately, the betta fix comes in a very small in size (I have a 5-gallon tank, and went through 4 bottles in the 2-week period).

I noticed a fungal infection starting on my betta, so I ordered this product. I changed his water and added a tiny bit to his water. As soon as I put him in the water, he began to struggle and died within minutes.
