Golden doodle puppy loves it to soothe her gums
My 4 month old Golden Doodle absolutely loves this. She is the first pup to allow me to brush her teeth albeit they are half puppy teeth and half adult just starting to grow in. I wanted to train her young to allow me so I donât go through the many expensive dental procedures Iâve encountered in the past for my pups. I use a very tiny amount of paste after wetting the tiny brush side. She enjoys me brushing her teeth and I let her nibble on it for 30 seconds after so she doesnât fear it. Seems to enjoy the chicken flavor without any issues. Her teeth are sparkling white (which most are at this age) , and no issues at all with her breath. I also think the brushing soothes her gums right now as they are growing in. I use gentle pressure and give lots of kisses while doing it so she learns. I use this once a day at night when she is tired and ready for sleep otherwise she is too hyper and thinks itâs a toy to play tug of war with. I think itâs a great value for the money spent! My only caveat with finger cover is she really bites down on it and it doesnât allow me to brush as well as the actual brush does. Overall I wish I had done this with my other dogs at this stage prior. I will continue with this routine and brand.

the dogs enjoy the flavor of the toothpaste well enough, and tolerate the brush fine. the angle of the brushes is good for getting into the dogs’ mouth, but i would say the smaller brush is really only useful for very small dogs, i use the larger one for all my dogs from standard poodle to Pomeranian mix. the finger brush was basically useless for us, i threw it away on the first day. too hard and not very effective. you’d be better off just using your finger to clean your dog’s teeth if the brush doesn’t work for you

Happy dog, healthy teeth.
I got this for my two year old Yorkie. He refuses to eat solid dog food and will only eat wet dog food, which isnât the best for his teeth. I didnât think he would like getting his teeth brushed but he did surprisingly well. I started off with the little finger brush, but that kinda grossed me out with the messiness. The tiny end of the toothbrush worked best. My dog liked the flavor and sat still long enough for me to give him a good scrub. Overall Iâm pretty happy with it and would buy again. I canât say how well it works yet as I havenât had it long enough to tell.

Nice does the job. But cheap looking
Not the best not the worst! It helped. My king Charles Cavalier has crooked teeth. Heâs got an extra tooth probably cause heâs inbred. They do that to those kind of dogs. Heâs smart as a whip but anyway, heâs got an extra tooth so tartar builds up, and we give them greenies as well, but this toothbrush is nice cause it has double ends, and the toothpaste he doesnât seem to hate it. He just doesnât like his teeth being brushed the toothbrush could be cuter and nicer, but it works on my that notice and it keeps his mouth clean. I just wish it were cuter or more aesthetically pleasing I guess not so cheap looking and you have to go through them quite a bit

Great idea, nice packaging, But…..
My cat would not let me put the brush in her mouth especially with the toothpaste on it. I tried putting toothpaste on my finger to see if she’d lick it but she winced.I tried again the next day, and no way she’d go for it… so unfortunately I had to return it. Again, very good idea, great packaging and price but my cat just didn’t like the flavor so it might just be her picky diva attitude.

I let them smell the toothpaste first but it all smelt of chemical plastic too much for the sensitive nose. Does not smell of Tuna for them to want to try it. They ran away and did not enjoy at all.
