GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT – EASY TO INFLATE AND DEFLATE – GREAT FUN
My older daughter (age 39) used to ask for a pony for Christmas for years and then as an adult she still throws out the suggestion as a joke. For Christmas her younger sister bought this and put it beside the tree with a bow around his neck and her sister was so thrilled at the joke. It was well worth the price for the laughter it caused. She packed it up and took it on the plane home to Wisconsin and I’m sure it is blown up and sitting in her living room now.

This was exactly what I was looking for as a white elephant gift for my co-workers. It was a hit and everyone wanted it. It is now proudly on display in the office. The only thing that could have made it better was the blow up port being under the tail instead of on the side, but it still was great.

Fun Party Prop
It looks like a photo was used to print the face. This makes the detail better, but not all of the features line up. I donât expect a blow-up toy to be conformationally correct, so am ok with it. There are two things I was disappointed in. First, the description says, âweâve used high-quality materials and valves.â The âvalveâ is just a plain old plug. Itâs not the kind that you have to squeeze to blow then prevents the air from escaping back out. When you have it fully inflated you have to be quick to get the plug in to keep the air from escaping and the horse from getting soft. Second, the one I received does not hold air very well. It will stay firm for long enough to stand through a party, but after 24 hours is getting soft enough that it starts tipping over. My second photo is after about 24 hours. You can see how itâs starting to lean, ready to tip over. Itâs a fun prop for a western themed party, but the quality could be better.

Funny!
Blowing this up was incredibly annoying, I even cute my lip pretty bad which was weird. However, I used this for my halloween costume. I was Chappell Roan’s Pink Pony Club. So this bad boy was all sorts of pink and wild. Everyone loved it. Overall, it was a decent product. Just hated inflating it.

Way too small – pic with the kid with arm around it is deceiving
Purchased this for an event for preschoolers – the pic where the girl has her arm on it made it seem like it was much bigger and taller than it is. SUPER small – looks okay on a table. The kids (2-5 YO) were twice the size of it.

Full disclosure: As an Amazon Vine reviewer I sometimes get access to things like this for free. I did not have a reason to order this other than I thought it would be fun to have a 30 x 38″ inflatable mini horse.I was right!Brought it to keep in my office as a weird thing to have around (I work on a college campus) and it quickly became the talk of the building…people stopping by to see the horse.Things to know:* It has somewhat life-like eyes (as opposed to hand-drawn). This has creeped a few people out, but I think it adds to his charm.* 30 x 38″ sounds kinda big, but it’s really not. From a distance he looks like a small dog. Definitely fine if you want to provide this to a child as a prop for a costume or a party.* He was NOT easy to blow up. There’s something about the stem that made blowing it up manually (with my mouth) very difficult. Fortunately had a machine to help; without it I don’t know if I would have followed through.At ~$15, don’t think about it…just buy it.

Better than Expected
While this would be great for a children’s party (or just as a fun thing for kids), I used this for an adult party. We had a party where the guests were to dress as tarot cards, and we provided additional props. Some of the cards in a tarot deck are knights, and they all ride horses, so we got this inflatable to act as a horse. While small (think of it as miniature pony size), it did the trick. The coloring is as pictured, the vinyl is heavy (so less chance of a puncture), and the inflation nipple is heavy duty and countersinks once you finish inflating. I was able to blow it up by mouth, but I don’t reccomend it–get yourself a bicycle or balloon pump to save your lungs. The price to quality ratio for this inflatable is excellent.
