I carefully measured my dog and ordered accordingly. It’s too big. Even with the straps at their shortest, it hangs on my odd shaped big girl. She’ll get bigger and it will probably fit then.PROS:Seems well constructed.Looks good.The chest ring is higher on the chest which is good for preventing lunging without tripping the pup (that’s what happened with our last harness. The ring was a few inches lower and she ended up rolling instead of turning).CONS:I don’t think it runs true to size. If you’re on the border of sizes, get the smaller one.The rings are plastic. This concerns me. Baby is 65 pounds, I expect her to go to 75 or 80. I’m a bit concerned the rings will break.UPDATE:I returned the large because she could easily back out of it. I ordered the medium and had a few surprises:* The plastic rings are metal on the medium.* The medium is a LOT SMALLER than the large. It’s about half the body length of large. Typically, my girl loves her harness, eager to get into in the morning. This one fits but she doesn’t like it, I think because her back isn’t covered, just her shoulders. It still works (the chest ring is too low on this one), she just doesn’t like it as much. I have a weird dog, probably won’t be true for yours.* I don’t know if my puppy is at a weird size. She’s 65-70 pounds, 9 months old and beautiful. The large is too large, the medium is going to quickly be too small. In another 5 pounds I’ll need to get the large again, but even then… sizing. It’s nice if there is a several inches of overlap between sizes. The smallest on the large was still too big and now the largest on the medium is just right but won’t be for much longer. The travails of having a large dog for the first time. Lots of adjustments from our past little fellows. We went big because that was all that was available during Covid craziness.My overall takeaway is that this is a good product and probably great for adult dogs. She won’t be sleek for much longer (adults widen). (I recently found her first harness, when she was 14 pounds. It looks like a postage stamp now). I’d never thought about how hard it is to create wearable products for dogs and their vastly different morphology. The medium would probably have been perfect for my last dog, may he rest in peace.If you’re on the fence and you have a stable-size adult dog, this is a great harness. If you have a puppy, eh, if the cost (which is very good) isn’t too bad, go for it, You may end up needing several, though.Another note: There were no problems returning the large; the medium was a reorder and came quick. This company seems solid and cares about dogs and customers.

GREAT STUFF
Wonderful harness, super nice color and visibility when its being worn. Makes walking the dog easier for sure. It was not the right fit at first but with minor adjustments it was ready to go. I have not machine washed it yet. Seems durable and I will be machine washing soon.

Ce harnais vas très bien à ma terre-neuve de 70 kg, et il ne serre même pas, les sangles sont assez longues pour faire le tour , il reste même encore deux ou trois cm. il est assez robuste, même quand elle tire. La poignée est utile. Les bandes réfléchissantes vont être utiles pendant les mois d’hiver quand la nuit sera tombée. Belle couleur aussi. On a remplacé les deux scratches par ceux avec son nom. Avant tout, c’est la forme de ce harnais qui est bien, car il dégage les épaules, ce qui est préconisé par l’ostéopathe, ainsi elle n’a plus à l’épaule et peux marcher librement, sans une sangle qui bride les épaules.
