Cover and pull out drawer are made of a different, inferior plastic. Cover is difficult to open, one hinge has already broken. Drawer is very difficult to remove. Very disappointed in this product and do not recommend.

Doesnât solve the seed mess
Itâs ok. Cut back on some of the seed mess but doesnât eliminate it. Does keep the inside of the cage less crowded. The compartment that is supposed to catch hulls is just full of hulls and plenty of seeds too. Donât hate it, but not real excited about it either.

Weâve just bought two budgies after not having any for a number of years. Iâd forgotten what a mess they make with the seed. Then I found this seed feeder, I didnât really believe it could stop the mess. I was wrong, itâs amazing, no more seed mess around the cage area. Anyone with budgies should get one of these feeders, less mess, less cleaning up!
