Awesome automatic pet feeder
We love our new MZZ pet feeder and so does our lab Bowie. This thing is really nice and loaded with features. It has a built in video camera and motion detection. Iâm impressed with the video quality. It also has a built in microphone allowing you to talk to your pet. You can even record a message for your pet; really cool. It has backup batteries in case of power loss.You can program a feeding schedule to automatically dispense you pets food at certain times with a programmed portion. The food holder has a moisture pack to help keep the food fresh. It also has buttons so you can manually dispense food if needed. It connects to Wi-Fi so you can monitor through the Tuya Smart App. Pairing with the app and setup was painless. All in all a really nice well built device. Iâm sure I missed a feature, you canât go wrong with this pet feeder. Itâs a great buy at a really good price. Iâm thinking about buying another one for our cats. Itâs perfect for pet owners who may be busy with work or other tasks, donât let your pet go without, this feeder will make sure your pets are on a consistent feeding schedule.

Works great, nice camera and easy to use app.
This is perfect for when we travel. Having to leave a big bowl of food meant we would never know how much she was eating or when it was gone. Would have to get neighbors to come over every day to check. Now we can control how many times per day food is available and know exactly how much. Feedings can be set up with a timer or done manually through the app. battery backup means this will work even if the electric goes out. The camera allows us to see what is going on. The app is easy to use and the camera provides a good quality picture . It comes with a 2 way intercom as well. We will definitely be using this feeder every time we travel.

Great automatic pet feeder at a great price!
I am very surprised at how well this pet feeder works. The ability to feed at any time through the app is fantastic and also set scheduled feeding times is great. At first I was a little skeptical of the camera and wondered why I would even need one. But, it has been very useful to make sure there is food in the bowl and also see that my dog is actually eating. (sometimes she doesn’t eat if I am not there) The image quality is very good too both in light or in the dark. I would recommend this feeder to all of my friends.

Works great
I really like this feeder. The camera quality is sharp & clear. The option to be able to feed off schedule is wonderfulSetting feeding time is easy. Pausing or skipping a feeding is as simple as sliding a bar in the app.I did have an issue with the app not displaying the correct date. I emailed the address on the card that was in the box & within 45 minutes I had a response. They helped me correct the problem. The only thing I have found after using it, is when the food drops, the noise is a bit loud.

Reliability
I’ve had this set up for a while now and never has it failed to deliver the food. I use the 3 portions which measures out to be 1/4 cup of food. It takes about a week before the hopper needs refilling. I give my cata total of 1/2 cup a day. She now recognizes when the food dumps into the tray. Now all i have to do is figure out how to get her to realize that I really don’t need to stand there to watch her eat it.

Inconsistent serving sizes and frustrating app
I bought two of these for two cats and each time the servings are different despite selecting 1 serving size in the app. I have also scheduled a feeding at 1am only to notice the feeder go off at 1pm instead. This is no mistake on my end but rather a faulty app/feeder feeding at incorrect times.Other notes: Food can easily fall out of the dispenser if the feeder is slightly bumped. The app also doesnât have an option to manually feed by just clicking a button, you instead have to schedule the feeding for 1 minute later. A direct feeding option would be helpful. I also wish the camera had the ability to record motion for review at a later time. The camera is only really good for real time viewing of the feeder to check that your animal is eating.I will likely be returning both feeders.

Great size and value for the money. Easy to use. And quick set up.Great function for scheduling feedings or giving more food throughout the day using the app on the phone.I wish the camera had a physical cover that I could block the camera or angle it down to look at the food instead of out into my kitchen. But Iâll just add my own cover for now.Iâve been getting a lot of notification in the app and so I need to find a way to cut that down.I do like how I can record my voice, and I will play that when it gives the food to the pet

Quality product, but requires subscriptions for several notifications
This product’s build quality seems great , but it uses the Tuya smart app, which requires you pay additional money by subscribing to it to receive notifications, such as food running out, the device being jammed, the device being offline for more than 30 minutes, or motion detection.I thought the product would include that automatically, considering there are other products that are half the price as this.The app is buggy, so if you select an option too quickly, it won’t register the new change.Some pros are that the camera quality is good. Microphone and speaker is good. Looks are good.Each “serving” seems to be about 9g of dry food.
