Worked Well For Puppy’s First Heat
I purchased these in anticipation of my 8 month old 38 lb basset hound puppy’s first heat. I purchased a size large as her waist was about the right size for the smallest fit and I’m hoping to use these over her next couple cycles until her spay. I chose this brand due to the generous thigh measurements as basset hound legs are short, but chunky.Pros:The designs are so adorable in person. Secure hook and loop material makes it easy to put on even if your dog doesn’t stay still. The hardest part of getting it on was putting enough of her tail through before she was wriggling away. It was stretchy and flexible enough to fit comfortably and adjust quickly.Cons:My puppy did not love wearing these. She just freezes up and won’t move. I want to work on desensitization with her with the diapers before her next cycle. So, we only used these at night, and they would come off about a third of the time during normal sleep activity. I think this was because her thigh/knee position would pull it down. I’m up as she’s sleeping and when she would change position it would slowly scoot down her back. She did not intentionally scoot it off. When she laid straight back, the waist strap would slide down her thigh leaving only the hook points. I included a picture where this is happening.Overall:I was impressed that these fit when almost every other brand I looked at didn’t accommodate large thigh dogs according to listed measurements. In my third image you can see her waist to thigh ratio is perfect for her (18″ to 15″), but not for diaper sizing. Due to this, I think adding a secondary attachment point would help with my pup’s personal size and I might try it during her next heat. Secondly, the diapers did not leak. My pup only bled in in the diaper, so I can’t give feedback on anything other than a heat.5 stars for being everything it should be! I am sure some dogs (like mine) could benefit from personalized adjustments, but that’s often true with sizing.

Bought this for our dog in heat . Didnât want my male mating with her just yet cause itâs not been her 3rd heat. She didnât bleed through . It looked good on her as sheâs smiling. She likes to wear clothes on occasion. Her tail fit through fine . It is waterproof, we had forgot to take it off when we let her out and didnât leak through . The quality is great. I bought both sets for our other females too. Color hasnât faded and has held up to many machine washings . We use these for our heated dogs and works great to prevent pregnancy. Our male didnât try getting it on with them nor getting these skirts off .

How cute are these??!! Cute and absorbent! My girl does not mind putting these cute little panties on at all and she looks adorable. The Velcro adjusts so they do not just fall off and thereâs a tail hole for comfort. My girl is @ 75-80 lbs (Labrador) and wears XL.These panties/skirt wash up great and dry quickly. No more messes.

Senior dog’s cute alternative to diapers. Effective.
Purchased these for our senior dog who occasionally ‘leaks’. The XL for an 80 lb labrador fits fine as the long Velcro strips makes the waist adjustable. The ‘skirt’ style is adorable and it is less wasteful than using conventional diapers. A little tricky to get her tail thru the hole to put on the diaper, but being a labrador she patiently allows us to adjust the fit. It’s pretty efficient at holding the urine she leaks, although one time we forgot to remove it when she went outside to the bathroom and we found it does not hold the full contents of her bladder successfully. With the diaper tested, we now allow her to leave the tiled areas and successfully have short stays on carpeted areas without accidents.

Great Product!
I bought these for my puppy that went into heat. They work well and super cute. I put some puppy liners ( kind of like panty liners but for pups ) at the bottom to help from leaking when she went to the bathroom. Over all, great product.Hand washed them, then threw them in the washer on warm. Let air dry and theyâre perfectly fine! Easy to use and put on/ take off. Sizing was a bit off so I had to reorder a bigger size.
