Super great gate!
This gate is great! I love that it has a wide range for widths that it will fit, it makes it really easy to move around to different parts of the house when needed. The cat door is really nice as well for letting smaller pets in the door without opening the whole gate. Solid gate option!

Sturdy, Great Quality & Built to Last
I ordered this Extra Wide Pet Gate with Cat Door Walkthrough from the THEYFIRST Store for our little dog named Lily. This gate measures 29.5â tall x 62â in length. It took my husband about 30 minutes total to install this gate together and up. My husband said all the pieces were in the box. This is a very nice gate, it is built to last. This gate even has a little cat/ or other small animal door. There are two instillation methods you can use, you can use pressure mounted setup without drilling holes or you can use wall mounted setup for security and stability. This baby gate was built with child safety in mind. All in all this is a really great product built to last and I highly recommend this product to others!

Unable to Assemble (My Mistake)
Very disappointing. Ordered the gate for new puppy to keep him in the proper area but must wait for a return to see if another one is made correctly. The attachments that screw into the gate to fit against the wall have nothing to thread into! There are small plastic fittings in the gate but no threads to accept the threaded rod on the wall spacers.I’ve changed my rating to a 3 because the unit was not defective, but still had issues. My mistake in assemble. There are no threads needed on the gate fitting. The threaded rod go into the plastic fitting on the gate and the adjusting wheel tightens to provide the needed tension.It did not fit the 62″ as advertised and I needed to buy wall spacers. Also, once assembled the entire gate wobbles and I needed door stops on each side (4 total) to keep it somewhat sturdy..

I got this baby gate for my dogs! It fits in the doorway perfectly. It was easy to put to grand works very well. Sturdy design and adjustable. Easy to open and close.

Solid pressure mounted gate for pets and little ones!
THEYFIRST Baby Gate with Cat Door is easy to install and looks great. I appreciate that you don’t have to drill into your doorframe for installation. I foster dogs frequently and need to put up and take down pet gates often. THEYFIRST’s gate is a cost effective and sturdy option that expands to fit 29.5″ to 62.0″ doors which makes it really versatile for me. I can move it around depending on where I need to corral the pups. I also love that the door stays open when needed, it auto closes when you want it closed, and the little cat door is perfect to allow our resident cat to wander while keeping larger pets in the right room/separated. When not in use I use zip ties to keep the pieces and parts attached and the auto-close door in place until the next time I need it. Pro tip – attach the zip ties before taking the gate down and leave them in place until the installation is complete. I would recommend this baby/pet gate!

THEYFIRST Baby Gate with Cat Door,
This is possibly the nicest baby gate I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot as a long time pet owner and parent! I feel like we’ve tried (and broken) them all at this point but this one feels super sturdy. Instillation was a breeze with everything needed being included. The gate is easy to operate once you know how but not super easy for small kids to do which is wonderful. The door swings back shut automatically too which I love.

Fits where old gate was
We had a gate previously and still had the wall braces up. Since our cat always had to jump over the gate to get away from any visiting dogs, this was the perfect solution.
